Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China’s economy,the construction of infrastructure is also changing with each passing day,such as large-span Bridges,reservoir dams,high-rise buildings,road transportation,public life services and other urban infrastructure construction,these facilities are inseparable from the important building material —— cement.The flexural strength and compressive strength of cement,as an important index of cement performance,have attracted the attention of engineers.The existing cement compressive and flexural test machine has a series of disadvantages such as insufficient accuracy,complicated operation and inconvenient maintenance,so the modern advanced measurement and control technology and communication technology are used to transform the existing cement compressive and flexural test machine to improve its comprehensive performance.This topic puts forward cement compressive and flexural testing system based on virtual instrument technology,first analyzes the cement sand compression test benchmark method and inspection basis,and then combined with virtual instrument technology,NB-Io T wireless communication technology and servo motor drive technology specific research and design,in order to make the system operation convenient,test precision and reduce the cost.Subject with ATmega64A-AU as microcontroller,completed the lower computer hardware circuit design,including pressure sensor acquisition circuit,servo motor drive control circuit,temperature and humidity sensor acquisition circuit,AD conversion circuit and filter circuit,communication module circuit,and ICCAVR compiler as the development environment of the program,completed the lower computer programming.The upper computer uses Lab VIEW virtual instrument to realize the virtual interface design,including the main interface,function selection panel,system setting panel,query result panel,etc.,RS-232 communication technology is used to realize the communication between upper and lower computer,and NB-Io T wireless communication technology is used to realize the function of remote upgrade equipment.In the servo motor control system,the paper improves the control accuracy by adopting the adaptive fuzzy PID algorithm.The project has completed the research and design of cement compressive and flexural testing system based on virtual instrument technology,and the system test results are analyzed and verified.The performance and test precision of the cement compressive and flexural measurement and control system designed by the project are in line with the national building materials industry standards,and can be applied in practical engineering.
