| China-Malaysia Industrial Park is an important part of the industrial urban system and modern urban space of Qinzhou city.As a special location environment,it aims to promote the development of regional economy and industry.Industrial park development intensity partition as the will of the industrial park development space,is the embodiment of the industrial park development policy,but in the process of its development and to realize the maximization of the land value in the defiance of the ecological security violations breakthrough development intensity control,leads to the deterioration of the mangrove reserve was damaged,the regional ecological environment problems appear.Under the background of territorial space planning,in order to implement the objective of ecological control and scientifically guide the development activities of industrial parks,this paper carried out the following researches:(1)on the basis of analyzing the latest achievements in territorial space planning,,dominated by land use function integration determine China-Malaysia industrial park "stroke" space land classification standards,and delineate the present situation and the territorial space planning,target of "stroking" space scale;(2)building the appraisal model of China-Malaysia industrial park development intensity zoning,guided by the ecological priority and efficiency concept,with "economic,ecological and safe" model to construct the evaluation index system analysis,to explore at the same time can guarantee the economic development requirements,and on the basis of the ecological security of China-Malaysia industrial park development intensity zoning results;(3)In the construction process of the benchmark model,the benchmark zoning of development intensity was comprehensively determined based on the development intensity control index of the current planning and the suitability conditions of the development and construction of the industrial park.(4)In the construction process of the revised model,the ecological process analysis was carried out at the industrial park scale by referring to the spatial delineation results of "three living areas" and integrating the pattern-process theory,and the key ecological factors were extracted to accurately identify and evaluate the ecological sensitivity of different plot units.The development intensity of the plot unit is considered comprehensively from the perspectives of flood control safety,land resource safety and environmental safety;(5)Based on the zoning results of development intensity,the development intensity control standards of different land properties are formulated and development strategies are proposed.From the perspective of ecological priority,the zoning results of the development intensity of the China-Malaysia industrial park were delimited,which made the zoning development of the industrial park consider both ecological security and economic efficiency during the construction and development,and provided ideas for the planning and practice of similar areas. |
