A Research On Construction Project Management For Ezhou Power Company

The rapid development time of China’s construction industry is relatively short,and the management development of molding is only 20 years.so many management modes and management methods are relatively rough,coupled with the construction engineering is a one-time molding,strong constraint,comprehensive and other characteristics,leading to the construction industry’s engineering management must be systematic and accurate.For the construction unit,improving the project management level can not only save the actual labor cost for the enterprise,but also create a batch of high-quality projects,become the highlight of the enterprise characteristics.Centering on the main line of construction project management,this paper analyzes the essence of engineering management from the perspective of construction units.Through the interpretation and analysis of engineering management theory,it lists some engineering management modes and engineering management methods.By extending the theory to practice,it takes the construction project in the front area of Ezhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.as a case.This paper studies the details of the management mode and process of the project,expounds the specific problems in the mode selection and process implementation,and analyzes the internal causes of these problems.By comparing the management methods of other projects in China and learning the advantages of them,this paper summarizes the improvement measures suitable for Ezhou Power Plant project management,and puts forward the corresponding measures for the problems of management mode and management process,as well as the corresponding basic measures of security.Through analysis and in-depth study of the project,the author summarizes the Ezhou power plant project management in the future how to choose the more suitable management mode,and through what measures to improve project management level,to Ezhou power plant for the future of the foundation of a high-quality goods project in Ezhou power plant engineering management of the relatively weak,enhance its corresponding theoretical basis.
