| Power switch cabinets and power distribution cabinets are indispensable and important parts of information infrastructure such as data centers and communication rooms,and play an important role in economic and people’s livelihood.However,with the continuous increase of energy.consumption of power equipment,the heat-prone parts such as cable connection points and switch contact points in the power switch cabinet and the power distribution cabinet are easily heated under high charge,resulting in serious consequences such as fire disasters.Optical fiber sensing technology has the advantages of high performance,anti-electromagnetic interference,no chance,low cost,etc.,and it is more and more widely used in temperature monitoring of power equipment.Because of its advantages of convenient measurement and lower system cost,wavelength division multiplexing technology has become a commonly used technology in power system temperature monitoring solutions.The fiber grating temperature sensor based on wavelength division multiplexing technology can be built into different sensing networks according to people’s specific needs,which has become one of the key research directions.Existing fiber grating temperature sensing systems based on wavelength division multiplexing technology have shortcomings such as small bandwidth and small measurement capacity,which are difficult to meet the temperature monitoring requirements for large-scale points.Aiming at the needs of large-scale measurement point temperature early warning in power equipment,a new type of fiber grating temperature monitoring scheme is researched,which has high application value.The solution uses fiber grating with the same wavelength,which can realize the temperature warning function of large-scale temperature measurement points,and realize real-time temperature monitoring of equipment such as power switch cabinets or power distribution cabinets.It is an important solution to meet the requirements of low cost and large capacity.In this paper,various technologies in the same wavelength fiber grating temperature monitoring scheme based on wavelength division multiplexing technology are studied.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1 A temperature monitoring and early warning system based on the same wavelength fiber grating sensing technology is designed.The analysis of temperature monitoring requirements for large-capacity points verifies the advantages and disadvantages of sensitized temperature sensors and non-sensitized temperature sensors.2.The components of the temperature early warning system are introduced,which are mainly divided into three parts:fiber grating temperature measurement module,sensor demodulation module,and sensor monitoring system module.The technical means commonly used in each module are analyzed and researched,and on this basis,each module of the system that meets the functional requirements is designed according to the actual needs.3.Verify the system performance,which is divided into two parts:experimental verification and pilot verification.Through experimental verification,it can be known that whether it is single-point heating or multi-point heating,the system can well complete the function of temperature warning.On this basis,a pilot application test verification was carried out for the mentioned temperature monitoring and early warning system,and the test results were found to be consistent with the actual situation through the pilot verification.Finally,the specific reasons for the systematic errors in the experimental process are further analyzed. |
