Urban rail transit permanent way components are the basis of train operation and their quality status has an important impact on train operation safety,track service life,passenger travel comfort and maintenance and repair costs.The reliability,availability and maintainability(RAM)evaluation indicators can reflect the quality status of permanent way components.By using RAM management technology,the RAM performance of permanent way components can be improved and the probability of damage to permanent way components can be reduced.Thus,the safety and stability of train operation are improved,the preparation of maintenance plans are optimized and maintenance efficiency is enhanced to avoid the phenomena of "over-repair" and "repair lack".In addition,urban rail transit operators are faced with two major problems: high safety operation requirements and high operating costs.Therefore,it is a very urgent task to carry out the research on the RAM of urban rail transit permanent way components.Based on the research status,this paper has carried out the following research work for the construction of the RAM evaluation model of urban rail transit permanent way components.Firstly,the theories and methods related to RAM evaluation are summarized,including the concepts of reliability,availability and maintainability,the overview of the system RAM model algorithm and the overview of the component RAM model algorithm.The construction of RAM evaluation model provides theoretical and methodological support.Secondly,the RAM model of urban rail transit permanent way components is researched and constructed.On the basis of analyzing the spatial distribution characteristics of urban rail transit permanent way components and the types of RAM failures,the modeling ideas are clarified;the boundary value between the health working state and the fault working state of the equipment is determined;the reliability block diagram and the fault tree analysis method are used to explore the system RAM structure among the urban rail transit permanent way components at three different levels: the equipment layer,the grid layer and the line layer.And a hierarchical RAM model of the "equipment-grid-line" system of urban rail transit permanent way components is established.Thirdly,the RAM layered evaluation indicator system of "equipment-grid-line" system of urban rail transit permanent way components is researched and established and the statistical analysis parameter fitting method is used to the method of the calculation of corresponding indicators.Finally,the permanent way component system of Beijing Metro Line 2 is selected as an application case and the model verification is carried out for the reliability evaluation indicators.At the same time,combined with the actual management requirements of Beijing subway permanent way component and the RAM evaluation subsystem of Beijing subway permanent way component is designed and developed,which is applied in Beijing subway now.
