Research On Optimization Of Sea-rail Intermodal Train Collection And Distribution Organization Under Circular Mode

Container intermodal transport is an advanced and modern transportation organization mode,which plays an important role in international and domestic cargo transportation.Compared with rail-road intermodal transport and sea-road intermodal transport,the organization of sea-rail intermodal transport is more complex,which is an important research filed of container intermodal transport.With the developing of railway special line entering port,railway and sea have been seamless connected at the physical level in port.However,because the container sea-rail intermodal transport organization involves two systems of rail and sea transportation which are completely in independent operation,how to realize the efficient coordination of operation organization between the two systems through the integration of operation organization has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper takes the container collection and distribution trains as the research object,takes the container sea-rail intermodal collection and distribution train organization scheme as the research content,and studies on the optimization of sea-rail intermodal train collection and distribution organization under the mode of fixed bottom multi-point circular operation.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The organizational framework for the collection and distribution of sea-rail intermodal trains is constructed.Through the analysis of the composition of the sea-rail intermodal transport system,the sea-rail intermodal transport collection and distribution system and the collection and distribution organization mode,combined with the combing of the current situation and existing problems of the sea-rail intermodal transport collection and distribution organization,the needs of the sea-rail intermodal transport collection and distribution organization are clarified.This paper analyzes the objects,conditions and objectives of the optimization of the collection and distribution organization of sea-rail intermodal trains,and constructs the optimization framework of the collection and distribution organization of sea-rail intermodal trains.(2)The organization scheme of sea-rail intermodal train collection and distribution is put forward.Based on the analysis of the basic contents of the sea-rail intermodal train collection and distribution organization scheme,this paper puts forward the compilation principle and process of the collection and distribution organization scheme,analyzes the influencing factors of the organization scheme,and determines the basic elements of the scheme.Finally,the optimization index of collection and distribution organization is put forward.(3)The optimization model of sea-rail intermodal train collection and distribution organization under the circular mode is proposed.In view of the sea-rail intermodal transportation network composed of the port sea-rail intermodal operation area and the hinterland loading station and unloading station,under the mode of fixed cycle operation at the bottom of the vehicle,comprehensively consider the constraints on the number of containers loaded by the sea-rail intermodal train,the uniqueness of the sea-rail intermodal import and export containers,the container flow balance,the stacking capacity of the station,the circular connection of the centralized transportation and distribution trains,This paper constructs an optimization model for the collection and distribution organization of sea-rail intermodal trains,which aims at the shortest total container stay of sea-rail intermodal import and export containers in the planning period,and designs a solution algorithm for the model.Through the research on the optimization of the collection and distribution organization of sea-rail intermodal trains under the circular mode,it can not only enrich the basic theory in the field of container intermodal transportation organization,but also provide theoretical support for the collection and distribution organization of sea-rail intermodal transportation.It can also realize the optimization of the operation scheme of the port sea-rail intermodal collection and distribution train,improve the turnover speed of the sea-rail intermodal import box and export box,and has important engineering application value for the improvement of the collection and distribution efficiency of the whole sea-rail intermodal system.
