| With the increasing mileage of urban rail transit,people put forward higher requirements for the reliability of urban rail trains.As a key subsystem of urban rail transit vehicles,the reliability of traction inverter has been widely concerned.IGBT module is one of the most vulnerable devices in traction inverter,and its thermal fatigue failure will lead to unplanned shutdown of the whole system.The reliability research and life evaluation of traction IGBT module are of great significance to the safe and normal operation of trains.In order to improve the reliability of traction inverter under the traditional energy-saving train operation strategy,this paper combines the technology of fault prediction and health management(PHM)with the optimization method of train operation curve,and proposes an optimization method of train operation curve considering the reliability of traction inverter.The main research contents include:Firstly,the dynamic model of the train is obtained by force analysis,and the related physical quantities in the train running process are calculated by combining with the common running strategies of the train,so that the traction running curve of the train is obtained and the boundary conditions in the train running process are analyzed.Taking the punctuality and energy-saving of train operation as the optimization objective,a stage solution model suitable for operation optimization is established,and the train operation strategy is optimized by using backward dynamic programming algorithm.According to the line parameters of Beijing Metro Batong Line,the energy-saving operation curve of the train is obtained by simulation.Secondly,the reliability model of the traction drive system is established,and the reliability of the traction inverter is evaluated in combination with the mission profile under specific operating conditions.A numerical calculation method of junction temperature of IGBT is proposed in order to introduce optimization algorithm to improve the reliability of traction inverter.Taking the energy consumption of train operation and the reliability of traction inverter as optimization objectives,a multi-objective collaborative optimization algorithm based on Pareto solution set is proposed.On the basis of ensuring punctuality and not increasing energy consumption as much as possible,the life expectancy of IGBT module of traction inverter is greatly improved.Select several characteristic parameters to extract the characteristics of multi-objective collaborative optimization results,and use the canonical correlation analysis method in multivariate analysis to summarize the train operation modes that affect the train energy consumption and IGBT reliability.Finally,the original 5.5kw motor trailer platform in the laboratory is transformed,and the equivalent scaling was carried out according to the principle of power matching to simulate the running process of the train.According to the above-mentioned train operation modes,several train operation curves are designed,and simulation and experiment are combined to verify the influence of operation modes on running energy consumption and traction inverter reliability.The simulation and experimental results prove the feasibility and effectiveness of the train operation curve optimization method proposed in this paper considering the reliability of traction inverter IGBT. |
