Under the background of the rapid development of international freight and low-carbon economy,container sea-rail intermodal transport has become the mainstream development trend of port collection and transportation,and the efficiency of port container operation process is the key to affecting the development level of container sea-rail intermodal transport.In the container evacuation operation of China’s ports,the sea-rail intermodal transport facilities and equipment have a poor spatial connection effect,and the container dredging port relies on the outer collection card for road short-barge transportation,which reduces the efficiency of container sea-rail intermodal transport.In the future,the important direction of China’s sea-rail intermodal transport development is to accelerate the construction of inbound railway special lines,so it is of great significance to study the container operation process and transportation scheme of China’s port railway special line entry mode.This paper takes the development of port container sea-rail intermodal transport as the research background,and studies the operation process of port container dredging,and the main research contents are as follows:(1)Analysis of port container dredging operation system.First of all,the basic layout form and infrastructure equipment of container ports are briefly introduced,the operation process of container railway port dredging and highway port dredging is studied in detail,the impact of railway loading and unloading line layout on the container railway port operation process is analyzed,and through the comparative analysis of container operation processes,it can be seen that the efficiency of container dredging operations in the railway line entry mode is higher.(2)Research on the optimization of port container dredging operation process.Taking the port container operation process in the railway special line entry mode as the research focus,taking the minimum total cost of the port container evacuation operation as the model optimization goal,and constructing the port operation process optimization model based on the constraints such as the carrying capacity of the port transportation vehicle and the port evacuation time,the genetic algorithm that meets the characteristics of the research problem is designed to solve the model.(3)Simulation and analysis of port container dredging operation process.Apply the "Process Flow" module in Flexsim simulation software to establish a simulation logic model of container evacuation operation process,dynamically simulate the operation process of different port containers,analyze the total cost of container evacuation operation and total operation time evaluation index,analyze the total cost of port evacuation operation when containers are transported at different distances in different modes of transportation,and compare the economic distance range of port container evacuation mode.The impact of container characteristic information on the economic distance of the port transportation mode is also analyzed.(4)Optimization example of port container evacuation transportation scheme.Combined with the information characteristics of different containers and the economic distance of different modes of transport,the optimization model and algorithm are applied to optimize the port container port transportation scheme,and the simulation model of the container port evacuation scheme,the total operating time and total cost of the statistical transport scheme are compared and analyzed with the basic transportation scheme of the container depot.The results show that the total operating time and total cost of the optimized container evacuation plan are significantly lower than those of the basic plan,which improves the efficiency of the port clearance of incoming containers in the planned period,and the proportion of sea-rail intermodal containers is significantly increased.The sensitivity analysis based on the time value of container cargo and the frequency of container trains has certain reference significance for carriers in the selection of container evacuation transportation schemes at ports.
