The problem of winter heating in rural areas of China is related to people’s livelihood,and heating equipment is particularly important.However,the traditional heating equipment is inefficient and pollutes the environment.It can not meet the current needs in terms of combustion efficiency,function and internal structure.Under the environment of green development concept,enterprises can apply green design concept and product innovation methods to effectively improve the overall characteristics of heating equipment.This paper took the heating equipment series product design of Gansu Xinnong ecological energy and Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.as the object.According to the actual demands of users and enterprises and the analysis of Social demand,combined with the green design criteria and TRIZ innovation theory,carried out the green innovative design of heating equipment,obtains a heating equipment suitable for rural areas,and improves its green attribute and performance.Firstly,the demands of heating equipment was obtained through the investigation of users and enterprises.Secondly,combined with the AHP,the core demands of users with high combustion efficiency,good heat dissipation effect and less feeding times,as well as the core demands of enterprises with standardized production,convenient products transportation and prominent cultural characteristics were obtained.In combination with relevant policy analysis,the biomass energy fuel of heating equipment was clarified,corresponded to the green design criteria,the mapping between the core needs of users and enterprises and the green design criteria was established.Through comparative analysis,the green design elements of heating equipment such as improving performance,internal structure optimization and production structure were obtained;Then,with the help of the general engineering parameters and invention principle in TRIZ theory,the contradiction analysis and key structure design were carried out for the green design elements of users and enterprises,so as to realize the efficient optimization among various structures;Finally,combined with the analysis of color,technology and material,completed the whole machine design and product serialization design of Xinnong energy heating equipment.The properties of products and the image of products have been effectively improved,which was more suitable for the new development concept,and has a certain reference significance for guiding the green innovative design of civil equipment products.
