| The process of urbanization and the improvement of infrastructure construction not only continuously improve our quality of life,but also bring the problem of increasing the amount of garbage.As the main tool of public health cleaning,small garbage sweepers play a more and more important role.Aiming at the problem that small garbage cleaning vehicles need to better meet the garbage cleaning needs at this stage under the background of increasingly prominent garbage cleaning problems,this paper studies the relevant methods of conceptual design based on user needs,constructs the method of integrating ahp-qfd for demand analysis and transformation,and introduces the method of TRIZ and optimization theory in the solution stage of functional structure corresponding to requirements,Solve the functional structure solution and relevant functional parameters corresponding to user requirements,and carry out the conceptual design practice of small garbage sweeper.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Through the research on the relevant methods of conceptual design based on user needs,after comparative analysis,based on the conceptual design of this paper,AHP,QFD,TRIZ,optimization theory and other methods are selected to carry out conceptual design.the method of integrating ahp-qfd is constructed to analyze and transform the requirements,and the TRIZ optimization theory is organically combined to construct the structural function and parameter solution model.(2)Through the combination of questionnaire survey and target user interview,the user needs are obtained,the obtained user needs are sorted and the hierarchical structure model is constructed,the weight of user needs is determined,the corresponding design elements are put forward according to user needs and product characteristics,the correlation between user needs and design elements is evaluated,and the relationship matrix is constructed based on the weight of user needs and design elements,The key design elements corresponding to user requirements are obtained through calculation.(3)The TRIZ conflict resolution theory is used to analyze the design elements,and 8pairs of technical conflicts and 2 pairs of physical conflicts are obtained.Based on the relevant engineering parameters and invention principles of TRIZ theory,the functional structure solution corresponding to the design elements is determined,and the relevant parameters of the functional structure are optimized by using the optimization theory.Finally,the functional structure scheme of the small garbage sweeper is obtained.(4)Based on the previous research,the conceptual design practice of small garbage sweeper is carried out.The conceptual design scheme of small garbage sweeper is obtained through structural layout design,functional module design and shape color matching design,and the comprehensive evaluation of the conceptual design scheme is obtained through comparative analysis with evaluation indicators,selected representative samples and user needs.Driven by user needs,this study completes the conceptual design of small garbage truck through user demand analysis,function solution and parameter optimization,and generates the conceptual design scheme,which provides a certain reference for the conceptual design of small garbage truck at the present stage. |
