| Polymer concrete material is a new type of concrete material made by replacing part or all of cement and mixing polymer and coarse and fine aggregates. It has the advantages of fast hardening after construction, corrosion resistance and pollution-free to the environment. Therefore, using these characteristics of polymer concrete,it is applied to the damaged area of concrete to improve the bearing capacity of the structure and prolong its service life, which has a wide range of applications. However, most scholars have studied the basic properties of polymer concrete materials, and less research has been done on its bonding properties with cement concrete. Therefore, the tensile properties and shear properties of the bond between polymer concrete and cement concrete,as well as the flexural properties of the composite specimens composed of the two are tested and analyzed in this paper. In this paper, foaming polymer concrete and non-foaming polymer concrete are prepared according to the mixture ratio of polymer concrete.First, the compressive strength test, splitting tensile test and bending strength test of the materials are carried out.By dividing different curing time to explore the change law of polymer concrete strength with time, and observe the material failure characteristics, comprehensively analyze the mechanical properties of polymer concrete materials. The results show that both polymer concretes are a kind of strength-growing material, and the strength increases with time.Among them, the non-foamed polymer concrete has the best performance, and all the mechanical properties are better than another polymer concrete material. It is a repair material with good performance. The interaction properties of polymer concrete and cement concrete bond specimens were studied by splitting tensile strength test and direct shear test, and the effects of interface roughness and interface agent on the bond properties of polymer concrete and cement concrete were investigated. The results show that the bonding strength of cement concrete can be improved by using interfacial agent through improving interfacial roughness of cement concrete.Polymer concrete was poured on the tensile side of cement concrete beam with different heights to form composite cross-section cuboid beams. The influence of polymer concrete pouring thickness and curing time on the flexural performance of the composite beam was investigated through flexural tensile strength test. The test results show that the addition of polymer concrete strengthens the flexural performance of composite beams, and the composite beams formed by the bond of polymer concrete and cement concrete exhibit ductility failure. With the increase of polymer concrete thickness and curing time, the overall flexural performance of composite beams is significantly improved. |
