| The purpose of this paper is to research how to improve the management of accounts receivable for YK Wood Structure Company,core of this research include four parts basing on the routine as raising problems,analyzing problems,solving problems,and evaluation.Research shows what the actual problems of YK wood construction Company’s accounts receivable is in the first beginning,then finds out the key control points after comprehensively sorts out and records the process,and gathers the internal views on account receivable issues after conducted interviews,after that uses process analysis tools to find the root cause of the problem base on the interviews and actually research.Thereby design improvement plans based on above analysis.At last,evaluates the solution plans.Studies have shown that the actual problems of YK Wood Construction Company’s accounts receivable are causing by lack of process visualization,imperfect structure,lack of internal control.Therefore,Suggested solution are include process improvement,perfect organizational structure to make sure the new process run well,Strengthen the inner data management system,establish the accounts receivable evaluation mechanism and optimize the information construction to avoid the problem of reduced process efficiency.Lastly,A quantitative and qualitative analysis of the improvement plan shows that the turnover of accounts receivable can be shorten from 300 days to 100 days. |
