| Objective:This experiment addresses the key technical problems restricting the application of titanium alloy porcelain restoration,Using different sandblasting conditions(Al2O3particle size+pressure)for selective laser cladding technology(Selective Laser Melting,SLM)(Titanium-6Aluminium-4Vfoil,Ti-6Al-4V)surface of base crown of titanium alloy for sandblasting,aims to change the morphology,roughness and wetness of titanium alloy base crown surface by different sandblasting conditions,Explore the differences in the binding properties of titanium alloy-ceramic,Clarify the optimal sandblasting conditions to increase the binding strength of titanium alloy-porcelain,It provides a reference for the better clinical application of digital titanium alloy porcelain crown.Methods:1.Preparation of SLM titanium alloy standard specimen:put SLM Ti-6Al-4V powder in the selective laser cladding machine,print circular standard titanium alloy test with diameter of10mm and 2mm according to the experimental requirements,blast the specimens according to different Al2O3particles(60μm,90μm,120μm)and different sand-blasting pressure(0.2MPa,0.4MPa,0.6MPa),and the specimens are divided into 9 groups in combination form.2.Determination of the surface morphology of titanium alloy:10 pieces were randomly selected from each group of specimens to test the surface morphology,roughness and hydrophilicity of titanium alloy respectively.3.Titanium alloy-porcelain shear specimen preparation:each group of 5 pieces according to the righteousness of titanium alloy porcelain powder manufacturer recommended steps for titanium alloy-porcelain test block preparation,firing procedure should be in strict accordance with the righteousness of titanium alloy porcelain powder sintering instructions,after the completion of the custom mold since setting material for shear standard test piece.The electronic universal testing machine was used to detect the shear force value of the gold-porcelain interface.Observe the shedding form of the gold-porcelain interface of each specimen.4.The correlation between the surface morphology,roughness and wetness of the titanium alloy after each sandblasting condition was analyzed.Results:1.The test data was input into SPSS27.0 for shear test value statistical analysis.The results showed that the difference between the shear strength of the test specimen was statistical significant(P<0.05),and the interaction between particle and pressure on the shear strength(P<0.05),and the maximum shear strength value of titanium alloy-porcelain can be obtained when the particle is 90μm and the pressure is 0.4MPa.2.One-way analysis of variance and correlation analysis of the measured shear strength values,and the significant relationship between sandblasting particles and the surface of titanium alloy R=.468**(P<0.001);a significant relationship between the surface hydrophilic angle and the sandblast pressure R=.414(P<0.05),and the hydrophilic angle increases with increasing pressure;there is no direct correlation between the roughness of titanium alloy surface(P>0.05),while the surface hydrophilic and binding strength(P<0.001).3.The separated forms of SLM printed titanium alloy-ceramic interface are all mixed type fracture.Conclusion:1.Under the present experimental conditions,the SLM printing titanium alloy-porcelain binding strength depends on the size of the Al2O3particles and the size of the pressure.2.Under the experimental conditions,the particle size is 90μm and the binding strength of the pressure is 0.4MPa,which is the best sandblasting condition for this experiment. |
