In order to improve the thermal property of aluminum powder and obtain composite energetic materials with light weight and high energy density,nitrified graphene oxide(NGO)was introduced to prepare nitrified graphene oxide-based metal composite energetic materials.In this paper,NGO and nitrified graphene oxide-based metal composite energetic materials were prepared by mixed acid nitrification method and solution method respectively,and their catalytic properties for ammonium perchlorate(AP)were investigated.The specific content can be divided into the following aspects:1.NGO was prepared by mixed acid nitration method,and the product was characterized.The results show that the nitro group is introduced into the graphene structure,and the nitrified graphene layer is honeycomb-shaped.2.A series of aluminum and nitrified graphene-based composites μAl/NGO,n Al/NGO and n Al/HTPB/NGO were prepared by solution method.And structure,morphology and properties of the composites were characterized by a series of characterization.The results show that Al is attached to the surface of NGO,the crystal form of aluminum is not destroyed,and a certain degree of bridging reaction occurs between aluminum and the functional groups of NGO.The dispersion of aluminum powder on NGO can promote the low temperature oxidation of Al,and increases the rate of low temperature oxidation of Al,which can be attributed to the reduction of activation energy of Al at the low temperature oxidation.In turn,Al also promotes the high temperature decomposition reaction of NGO.The heat release of the composite material is higher than the total heat release of pure NGO and pure aluminum proportionally,and the energy density of the composites is improved.The initial temperature of low temperature oxidation of aluminum in n Al/HTPB/NGO is higher than that of n Al/NGO,but its oxidation rate is faster.This is because the coating of HTPB prevents the surface oxidation of nano-aluminum and improves the heat resistance of the composites.The catalytic results of the composites μAl/NGO,n Al/NGO and n Al/HTPB/NGO on AP show that the low temperature decomposition peak of AP disappeared,the high temperature decomposition temperature was advanced,and the decomposition rate of AP was accelerated.The kinetic calculation results show that the decomposition activation energy of AP is increased,and the thermodynamic stability of AP is enhanced.The impact sensitivity of the composite n Al/NGO is low,but the friction sensitivity is high.3.Nickel series copper series of nitrified graphene-based composites composites(nNi/NGO,n Ni/HTPB/NGO,Al/Ni/NGO and Al/Ni/HTPB/NGO)and copper series of nitrified graphene-based composites composites(n Cu/NGO,n Cu/HTPB/NGO,Al/Cu/NGO and Al/Cu/HTPB/NGO)were prepared by solution method,and a series of characterization analysis were carried out.Compared with pure n Ni and pure n Cu,the oxidation reaction temperatures of metals in the composite materials of nickel series and copper series were advanced.The heat release of the composites increases and the rate of the heat release is accelerated.The kinetic analysis of the composites nNi/NGO and n Cu/NGO showed that the activation energy of metal oxidation reaction in composite materials is increased,indicating that NGO can not only improve the dispersibility of Ni and Cu,but also improve their thermal oxidation stability.As additives of AP,nNi/NGO and n Cu/NGO can accelerate the decomposition rate of AP and increase the heat release.
