| As an open and complex system, ecosystems are influenced by various factors, including natural and human factors.Guided by the system theory, interdisciplinary research methods that involve psychology, ecology, and computer technology are used to construct and apply a psychological measurement-based ecosystem health assessment model. The aim is to provide a more objective, comprehensive, and scientific evaluation of ecosystem health, which is essential for the scientific formulation of ecological environment protection plans, ecosystem restoration, and governance strategies. The main research content and achievements are as follows.(1)Ecosystem health assessment index system and model based on psychological measurement.Scale tools in psychology can achieve measurement and quantification of evaluation indicators and results, reducing the influence of expert subjectivity on evaluation results in the process of ecosystem health evaluation.By using technologies such as scale customization and human-computer interaction,a psychological measurement-based ecosystem health evaluation model is constructed. The method and steps of constructing the model mainly include:(a)Based on the characteristics of the ecosystem itself and the evaluation needs,an indicator system for ecosystem health evaluation is established by combining the indicator system method with the DPSIR model, which includes the target layer, criterion layer, and indicator layer.(b)The purpose and object of the scale evaluation are defined, and the ecosystem health evaluation scale is formulated. The reliability and validity of the proposed scale are tested using factor analysis and Cronbachs coefficient to test the reliability and validity of the proposed scal e.(c)The fully connected artificial neural network method is used to construct the ecosystem health evaluation model. The objective evaluation indicators and expert subjective evaluation scores of the ecosystem evaluation are used to establish a dataset for training and verifying the systematic model established by the artificial neural network. The performance of the evaluation model is validated, and a psychological measurementbased ecosystem health evaluation model is ultimately established.(2)Application of ecosystem health assessment model in Dagu River.Taking Dagu River as the research object,we selected indicators from five aspects: hydrological integrity, morphological integrity, chemical integrity, biological integrity, and social service function, and established the Dagu River ecological system health evaluation index system. The reliability and validity of the Dagu River ecological system health evaluation scale were tested by factor analysis and Cronbachs alpha coefficient. The psychological measurement-based ecological system health evaluation model was applied to the Dagu River, and the Dagu River ecological system health evaluation model was established to evaluate its ecological system health status. The results are as follows:(a)A total of 17 indicators, such as flow process variability and ecological flow satisfaction, were selected to construct the Dagu River ecological system health evaluation index system;(b)The Dagu River ecological system health evaluation scale was developed, and the Cronbachs alpha coefficient was 0.962 with a confidence interval of array([0.916,0.989]),indicating that the scale has good reliability and high internal consistency;(c)Five principal component factors can explain 78.66% of the cumulative variance, indicating that the criterion layer factors selected by the scale are ideal,i.e.,the scale is effective;(d)After training, the MAE result of the Dagu River ecological system health evaluation model in the test set was 4.98,which means the average difference between the predicted score and the expert score was 4.98;(e)According to the evaluation results and standards, the fourth section of the Dagu River is in a healthy state, while the rest are in a sub-healthy state.(3)Application of ecosystem health assessment model in Tangdao Bay wetland. The Tangdao Bay wetland was taken as the research object, and the DPSIR model was used to construct an evaluation index system for the ecological health of the Tangdao Bay wetland.A Tangdao Bay wetland ecological health evaluation scale was developed and its reliability and validity were tested.Based on the psychometric approach,an ecological health evaluation model for the Tangdao Bay wetland was established and used to evaluate its ecological health status. The results are as follows:(a)Twelve indicators such as the annual average temperature and annual average rainfall were selected to construct the evaluation index system for the ecological health of the Tangdao Bay wetland.(b)A Tangdao Bay wetland ecological health evaluation scale was developed, and the Cronbachs α coefficient was 0.91,with a confidence interval of array([0.876,0.932]),indicating that the scale had good reliability, strong internal consistency, and high validity.(c)The cumulative description of the five main component factors for the 12 indicator layer factors that may be constructed by the model reached 68.20%,indicating that the criteria layer factors selected by the scale were relatively ideal, and the scale was effective.(d)The trained Tangdao Bay wetland ecological health evaluation model had an MAE result of 5.32 in the test set, indicating that the average difference between the model predicted scores and the expert scores was 5.32.(e)According to the evaluation results and standards, the ecological system of the Tangdao Bay wetland was in a healthy state. |
