| Mechanoluminescence(ML)materials are materials that emit light under the action of mechanical stress.Mechanoluminescence materials have the characteristics of direct conversion of force signals into optical signal output,short response time,good repeatability,long-distance real-time monitoring and direct visualization imaging,so they have a wide range of application prospects in the fields of structural health diagnosis,biological imaging,intelligent display and motion control.In order to enrich the structural system of mechanoluminescence materials,this paper combines glass-ceramic and mechanoluminescence materials to prepare glass-ceramic phosphors with mechanoluminescence properties,the following studies are carried out:(1)The B2O3-Al2O3-Sr O system glasses of Pr3+-doped,Eu3+-doped,Tb3+-doped and Eu3+/Tb3+co-doped B2O3-Al2O3-Sro system were prepared by high temperature melting method.The glassy state inside the samples was determined by X-ray diffractometry(XRD).The thermal expansion curve(TEC),absorption spectrum and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)of the samples were measured.The fluorescence spectra of the samples showed that Pr3+doped samples showed red emission at 602 nm,Eu3+doped samples showed red emission at 613 nm,and Tb3+doped samples showed green emission at 544 nm.Eu3+/Tb3+co-doped samples showed a red luminescence of 613 nm and significantly improved the luminescence performance compared with Eu3+doped samples.(2)Based on the thermal expansion curve and differential scanning calorimetry curve,a reasonable heat treatment system was established,and the basic glass was prepared into Sr Al2B2O7 glass-ceramics by heat treatment.X-ray diffractometer(XRD)tests were conducted on the glass-ceramics samples to determine the specific crystal phase precipitated inside the samples.The grain size inside the sample was determined by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The fluorescence spectra of the microcrystalline glass samples were tested.The luminous wavelength of the four groups of samples remained unchanged,and the luminous intensity was significantly improved compared with that of the basic glass.(3)The trap level depth of the sample was determined by thermoluminescence test.The sample was ground into powder and mixed with PDMS to make Sr Al2B2O7 glass/PDMS composite elastomer.The mechanoluminescence spectra and photon number spectra of the sample were tested.Sr Al2B2O7:Pr3+glass samples showed dark purple mechanoluminescence different from photoluminescence,Sr Al2B2O7:Eu3+glass showed red mechanoluminescence the same as photoluminescence,Sr Al2B2O7:Tb3+glass showed green mechanoluminescence the same as photoluminescence,Sr Al2B2O7:Eu3+/Tb3+microcrystalline glass shows the same red mechanoluminescence as photoluminescence. |
