In order to meet the urgent needs of large-scale harmless disposal of livestock manure,based on the requirements of hermetia illucens breeding process,this paper carried out research and development of multi-functional intelligent production line for livestock manure disposal by breeding hermetia illucens.The main research contents are as follows:(1)In this paper,the manure disposal demand of fattening pig farm with 10,000 commercial pigs was taken as an example,and combined with the cycle of treating livestock and poultry manure by hermetia illucens,the design requirement of production line was put forward as total capacity of 60 t pig manure and daily treatment of 7.5t pig manure.To reduce the system complexity,improve system reliability and scalability,modular design was adopted.The production line was divided into loop line,tray elevator and loading and unloading machine,and the loop line subdivided into orthogonal push machine and conveyor frame further.Mechanical structure was designed according to the design requirements of intelligent production line for livestock manure disposal by breeding hermetia illucens.(2)In order to ensure the reliability of work and save the cost of equipment,ANSYS Workench software was used to carry out statics analysis and optimization design for the key components of the system.The statics analysis of the conveyor frame with 2.0mm,3.0mm and 4.0mm wall thickness was carried out,and it was found that3.0mm wall thickness material is more suitable.The statics analysis of breeding trays wiht 1.5mm,2.5mm wall thickness and reinforced breeding tray with 1.5mm wall thickness was carried out,and the analysis results showed that the maximum stress of reinforced breeding tray with 1.5mm wall thickness was within the allowable stress range and the deformation was the minimum.(3)Based on the analysis of the requirements and functions of the intelligent production line for livestock manure disposal by breeding hermetia illucens,the production line control system was designed with the cluster structure.The electrical control software and hardware systems of the loop line control system,the tray elevator control system and the loading and unloading machine control system were designed respectively.The communication scheme based on OPC UA protocol was formulated.The upper computer software was developed based on C# language and multi-thread synchronization technology.(4)A prototype was made and its production performance test was carried out.The results showed that the equipment ran stably and the operating cycle of the equipment was 30 minutes,which met the demand of treating 7.5t pig manure per day.
