Diamond saw blade is a multi-edged tool with excellent cutting performance and service life.Compared with the ordinary carbide saw blade,the cost is higher and more widely used,but there are also some problems in the production and application,which affect the normal use and even cause economic losses.If you want to ensure that the heat treatment process qualified,to prevent matrix cracking,at the same time meet the production of strong hardness and plastic toughness,etc.,need to adjust the temperature of saw blade material in heat treatment,heat preservation time,pressure used,etc.,to prevent the organization of austenite grain coarsening,quenching after martensite needle coarse.In addition,the problem found during the use of the saw blades is that the saw blades material is prone to rust,while the saw blades used in coastal areas are more seriously corroded because they are cooled with salt water.These are the contents that need to be studied and improved.This paper uses metalphase microscope,universal mechanical properties testing machine and scanning electron microscope to analyze the planness,mechanical properties and changes of 75Cr1,50Mn2 V and 30 Cr Mo under different heat treatment conditions.The results showed that the quenched tissue was martensite with a few residual austenite,while all were martensite after tempering.At the same time,the hardness and strength are slightly increased with the quenching temperature increasing and the strength and the hardness are gradually reduced with the tempering temperature increasing.Because the planarity is the internal stress performance of the material,increasing the tempering temperature can improve the planarity.In the case of 75Cr1 saw blade material as an example,the 390℃ tempering plane is 70-100μm,but only 20μm after 470℃ tempering.The protective effects of various corrosion protection methods of 75Cr1 saw blade material are also analyzed and compared,by using spray paint,coating anti-rust oil and surface blackening treatment three methods for anti-corrosion treatment and through the salt atmosphere accelerated corrosion test for corrosion.The corrosion area,weight of corrosion components,and thickness of rust layer are analyzed to get a more efficient saw blade corrosion protection measure.The results proved that the saw blade was the best protection method with anti-rust oil after the blackening treatment.After 168 h,there was still no corrosion phenomenon,while no treatment,painting and only anti-rust oil showed obvious corrosion after 0.5h,5h and 154 h respectively.Finally,a new method is applied to reduce the corrosion of the material and improve the hardness and wear resistance of the material.Through research,it can be concluded that the effect of spraying technology for saw blade corrosion prevention is obvious,because there is no obvious corrosion after more than 100 hours of salt spray corrosion,but the corrosion prevention effect is stronger after hole sealing treatment.In addition,the influence of spraying processing parameters on the coating performance is studied,and it can be concluded that with the increase of spraying power,the decrease of spraying distance and the increase of coating thickness,the electrochemical corrosion resistance of the coating is slightly enhanced.In this spraying experiment,the spraying parameters of the best example are current 255 A,voltage 40 V,spraying distance 300 mm,and coating thickness 350μm.
