A Study On The Practice Of "Two Mountains" Theory In Baoshan Baihualing,Yunnan

Entering a new era,the Party and the State adhere to the concept of "green water and green mountains are the silver mountain of gold",and constantly promote the construction of ecological civilization to a new stage.The "Two Mountains" theory is the fundamental guideline for the construction of socialist ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and the action program for the modernization of the harmonious coexistence of man and nature.The economic and social development of ethnic areas in border areas is closely related to natural ecology,and the concept of coordinated development and protection embodied in the "Two Mountains" theory is a practical guide for socialist modernization.In order to grasp the transformation ideas of the "Two Mountains" theory in the practice of promoting the development of border ethnic areas,we must explore a new path of development and protection in concert.In-depth excavation of the practical process and dynamic mechanism of the "Two Mountains" theory in the border ethnic areas is an important theoretical and practical issue that needs to be studied in depth by the academia.Located at the foot of Gaoligong Mountain,Baihualing Village in Mangkuan Yi-Dai Township,Longyang District,Baoshan City,Yunnan Province,is a multi-ethnic village living together on the border.It has the most precious "green water and green mountains",and its history of economic development and ecological protection provides us with a typical case of the "two mountains" theory in practice in the border ethnic areas,and also provides us with some theoretical inspiration for the harmonious coexistence of ecology and economy.The present study will examine the two mountain areas in Baoshan.This study takes the ecological civilization construction of Baoshan Baihualing Village as the research object,and discusses the practice of the "Two Mountains" theory in the Baihualing area based on an in-depth field survey.Firstly,the background,content and significance of the construction of ecological civilization by General Secretary Xi Jinping are introduced,which is the background of this paper.Secondly,in the main part of the paper,we describe and analyze the concrete practice of Baihualing in turning the concept of ecological civilization into social consensus and action guidelines,and turning "green water and green mountains" into "golden mountains" from three dimensions: ecological space,ecological culture,and ecological capital.The paper describes and analyzes the problem of high-quality green development in the border ethnic areas.Finally,this paper,guided by Marxist ethnic theory,analyzes in depth the dynamic mechanism,practical problems and policy supply of the harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature in border ethnic areas through a theoretical and practical approach.This study finds that through the practical processes of rebuilding ecological space,reconstructing ecological culture and optimizing ecological capital,Baoshan Baihualing has realized the harmonious coexistence of man and nature and promoted the synergistic development of ecological civilization and economy and society.The experience of Baoshan Baihualing in relying on good ecological resources and promoting ecological civilization construction based on its own advantages can provide certain theoretical considerations and practical paths for other border ethnic areas to achieve high-quality development and green development.
