Sewage treatment system plays an important role in intelligent construction,which can reduce industrial wastewater discharge and improve economy.The blower applied in sewage treatment needs to provide sufficient power source to the system.Deep analysis and study are conducted on the structure,loss,cooling.The main research content of this paper is as follows:Theoretical calculation and finite element method are employed to design a 105 k W,36000 r/min maglev high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor,with the intention of achieving ultra-high speed and high efficiency requirements of blowers.This design and analysis includes the motor size,pole groove fit,stator groove type,electromagnetic loss,and other elements.Finally determine the reasonable electromagnetic design of the high-speed motor.After the initial structure of the motor was designed,the rotor overheating and mechanical strength caused by its ultra-high-speed properties were taken into account.An orthogonal analysis was conducted in the areas of sheath material,sheath thickness,rotor speed,etc.,as well as a rotor sheath design and multi-physical field comprehensive study.,the optimal design results of the sheath were given,and the influences of sheath conductivity,rotor speed,sheath thickness on eddy current loss were summarized.The selection and optimization of rotor structure of high-speed motor can be greatly aided by the research results,which provide an equation of sheath thickness and mechanical stress.Based on the cooling structure characteristics of high-speed motors,accurate calculation of wind-friction loss is very important,which directly affects the efficiency of the motors.Therefore,this paper uses CFD to carry out a detailed exploration of the wind-friction loss of high-speed motors,and deeply analyzes the influence law of rotor circularity error and rotor speed on wind-friction loss.Finally,this paper built a magnetic suspension high speed and high-power synchronous motor experimental platform,the stator windings,rotor,bearing end cover.The prototype’s temperature was gauged through the loss separation technique.
