Study On The Measurement And Transformation Mechanism Of Ecological Service Value

Ecological service value refers to the value of ecosystem directly or indirectly providing products and services to human life and production,mainly including providing useful substances and services to human society,accepting and disposing of wastes from human society.Due to the lack of recognition of the value of ecological services,a large number of ecological service value have been ignored for a long time.In order to promote the economic development of ecologically rich areas,how to revitalize the ecological service value has become an urgent practical problem.In this thesis,on the basis of combing the relevant research results,to clarify the connotation of ecosystem service value and composition,the measurement index of ecological service value is selected which gives consideration to comprehensiveness and pertinence,ecological service value measurement model is established and used in the 26 mountain counties in mountainous areas of Zhejiang Province,to master the amount of ecological service value and the internal structure,Finally,some suggestions are provided for the mechanism improvement and path construction of ecological service value transformation.Some findings of this thesis are as follows:(1)The ecological service value contains the ecosystem within a certain period of time the human society to supply biomass products(such as the accumulation of agricultural products,forest products,trees)value and provide services(carbon release oxygen,purify air,adjust microclimate,the conservation of water conservation,soil fertility,reduce sediment deposition,sewage treatment,the degradation of waste,entertainment and leisure,and scientific research and education,etc.).(2)Based on the composition of ecological service value,this study constructed an ecological service value measurement model,and selected 26 mountainous counties in Zhejiang Province as the research object to measure the ecological service value.It found that the total amount of ecological service value in 26 mountainous counties was generally large and there were some differences in their internal structure.(3)The calculation method of ecological service value conversion rate was established.It was found that Kecheng District,Tiantai County and Wuyi County had a good transformation situation,and the development of eco-agriculture and eco-tourism would have a great impact on the transformation of ecological service value.At present,there are some problems in value measurement,payment and income subject,transaction,realization and sustainability of ecological service value transformation.(4)In order to solve the problems existing in the value transformation mechanism of ecological services,it is proposed to establish and improve the value transformation system,investigation and accounting mechanism,market trading mechanism and value transformation guarantee mechanism.The optimization of the transformation path of ecological service value should focus on the externality of ecological service and the revitalization of ecological service value,and establish the technological path of the transformation of ecological service value with "user pays" as the core.The path selection of ecological service value transformation should be based on the principle of categorization,and ecological agriculture should be actively developed to promote the transformation of supply service value.Actively explore ownership transactions including carbon emission rights and water rights to promote the value transformation of mediation services;To increase the capacity of harmless treatment of garbage and sewage and reduce the burden on the ecosystem;With the help of Liangshan Bank and green finance and other ecological tourism development forces to promote the value transformation of cultural services.The innovation of this thesis is the ecological service value of related research in China starts late,the quantitative study of ecological service value is less,mountainous area 26 counties in Zhejiang province as the sample combining quantitative analysis methods to discuss the ecological service value transformation problem for ecological service value production transformation mechanism and provides a new Angle and thinking path to explore.Insufficient of this thesis lies in the theoretical research result in ecological service value measure exists room for improvement,data statistical measure result has certain deviation,ecological service value conversion calculation method is relatively simple and rendering information limited,as well as to the present ecological service value transformation and outstanding achievements in the path to explore the mechanism of master degree is not enough in the ecology There is a great room for improvement in the study of the mechanism and path of ecological service value transformation.
