With the increase of pipeline years and construction length,the probability of pipeline leakage accidents also increases greatly.In order to detect leakage in time and reduce economic losses and environmental pollution,it is necessary to monitor the running state of natural gas pipelines.According to the characteristics of natural gas pipeline leakage signal,a natural gas pipeline leakage signal noise reduction method based on Variational Mode Decomposition(VMD)algorithm is proposed,and a natural gas pipeline leakage monitoring system based on the Internet of Things is designed.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The negative pressure wave signal generated when pipeline leakage occurs will contain noise in the transmission process,and noise will affect the accuracy of leakage detection and positioning accuracy.In order to reduce the impact of noise,this paper studies the noise reduction method of pipeline leakage signal based on VMD.Firstly,aiming at the problem that the number of VMD parameter modes K and α the artificial selection of disciplinary parameters in the noise reduction method affect the performance of VMD,a Fireworks Algorithm(FWA)was proposed to carry out adaptive selection of parameters.Then,aiming at the problem that it is difficult to distinguish effective modes from noise modes after the decomposition of VMD of leakage signals.The method of distinguishing and selecting effective modes based on Frechet Distance(FD)is proposed.The denoising signal is reconstructed by effective mode to complete the denoising.Finally,the pipeline leakage signal containing noise is analyzed experimentally.It is concluded that the proposed noise reduction method of FWA-VMD-FD has higher signal-to-noise ratio and lower average absolute error,which proves the superiority of the noise reduction method proposed in this paper.In order to collect the negative pressure wave signal generated by pipeline leakage and conduct real-time monitoring of pipeline operation,this paper designs a natural gas pipeline leakage monitoring system based on the Internet of Things.Firstly,the hardware of the lower computer composed of MCU main control module,signal acquisition module,wireless communication module and power supply module is designed,and the software program running on the hardware of the lower computer is designed,and the products and equipment of the system are built on the cloud platform of the Internet of Things.Then,the data monitoring platform of the upper computer WEB side of the system is designed by using the data visualization application of the Internet of Things.The PC signal processing platform of the upper computer of the system is designed by using MATLAB and the noise reduction method of FWA-VMD-FD proposed in this paper.Finally,through the functional test of the system,the system can collect the pressure inside the pipeline,the temperature and humidity around the equipment and the position information in real time and upload it to the cloud platform of the Internet of Things.The Internet of Things platform can carry out connection management,device management and data management for the equipment;the WEB side of the upper computer of the system can carry out real-time monitoring of the operation data of the pipeline;the APP of the PC side of the system can realize the reading of pipeline signals,frequency domain analysis and signal noise reduction functions,which verifies that the system designed in this paper can operate normally.
