Research On Risk Management Of XK Group Coal Mine Trusteeship Project

At present,coal mine trusteeship operation has become an important trend,realistic choice and reliable path in the reform and development of coal industry,especially the large state-owned coal enterprises using their own brand,technology and management advantages to trusteeship small and medium-sized coal mines,it has effectively contained the accident,raised the efficiency,obtained the benefit,and realized the mutual benefit and win-win situation.But in the actual process of custody,faced with security,financial,management and other risks,if can not accurately identify and effectively deal with,then the custody of enterprises not only can not achieve profits,but will suffer losses.Based on this problem,this thesis carded and studied the risk of XK Group coal deposit project,at the same time,using literature analysis,analytic hierarchy process,case analysis,the risk management and control evaluation system of XK Group coal deposit project is constructed,and the risk situation of XK Group coal deposit project in Bangladesh is analyzed and optimized,the thesis puts forward the concrete measures to improve the operational risk prevention and control of XK Group Coal Mine Trusteeship Project.First of all,starting from the background and significance of the topic,this thesis summarizes the domestic and foreign trusteeship mode,coal mine trusteeship and the status quo of risk research,combs the risk-related theory of coal mine trusteeship,and lays a foundation for the follow-up research.Secondly,the thesis carded and analyzed the current situation of XK Group Coal Mine Trusteeship Project,discussed the possible risks of coal mine trusteeship,and analyzed the causes and possible consequences of the risks,on this basis,the risk management and control evaluation system is constructed.Thirdly,the thesis validates the applicability,effectiveness and pertinence of the Risk Management Evaluation system through the empirical analysis of XK Group’s Bangladesh Coal Deposit Project.Finally,the thesis puts forward the countermeasures to deal with the XK Group Coal Mine Escrow Project Risk,and in the light of the actual case put forward specific prevention and control measures.
