| Shearer is an important equipment in comprehensive mining face.Its automation and intelligence are closely related to intensive mining and underground safety.Although there are many mines in China that have realized unmanned mining,there are still some problems such as insufficient accuracy and low efficiency in the adaptive control of shearer.After the comprehensive research status at home and abroad,this paper combines the memory cutting technology and multi-sensor information fusion algorithm to realize the "three regulation" of the height,traction speed and speed of the shearer drum according to the problems existing in the realization of adaptive control of the shearer.The main contents of the study are as follows:(1)In view of the existing problems of coal and rock recognition,this paper proposes a VMD wavelet packet joint de-noising method based on memory cutting and Multisensor Detection,which can de-noising and feature extraction of shearer cutting state signals collected by sensors,and reduce data dimension by LDA Algorithm.The RBF neural network optimized by Hybrid PSO is used to train the feature vector,which can accurately identify the coal cutting state of shearer.(2)Aiming at the problem that the rotation speed of the roller can’t be changed adaptively,the multi-objective optimization of the roller motion parameters is carried out in this paper.According to the cutting motor parameters recorded in the process of shearer memory cutting,the average hardness value of coal seam is analyzed.On this basis,the evaluation index is selected to establish a multi-objective optimization model,and the Drosophila optimization algorithm is used to obtain the optimal shearer traction speed and speed under different cutting impedance,which improves the shearer cutting performance.(3)On the basis of the above research,calculate the dangerous cutting coefficient and design the auxiliary module to realize the adaptive control technology of the whole shearer.The adaptive control simulation model of Shearer Based on MATLAB is built.The experiment shows that the adaptive control technology of shearer can adapt to the change of working conditions and improve the cutting efficiency and safety of shearer.There are 35 pictures,7 tables and 68 references. |
