With the environmental protection and intelligent development of modern closed stockyards,the management model of traditional stockyards has fallen out of date.Aiming at the problems of inaccurate vehicle positioning data in the existing stockyard and the inability of management personnel to manage the vehicles during operation,in order to improve the efficiency of vehicle pickup and unloading in the stockyard and realize the unified management of vehicles,this article analyzes the development and positioning of domestic and foreign stockyard management models.Based on technology,we designed and developed a smart stockyard vehicle integrated management system based on the B/S(Browser/Server,browser/server mode)mode.The specific research contents are as follows:1.In response to the actual environmental requirements in the stockyard,a differential GPS positioning method based on vehicle positioning equipment is proposed,which uses the pseudo-range differential GPS correction positioning method of the base station wireless signal and combines the positioning data of the mobile station’s high-precision GPS chip.Researched and developed vehicle-mounted positioning equipment for vehicle positioning and tracking.The equipment is mainly divided into GPS module,RFID module,and Bluetooth module.Use the GPS module in the self-developed vehicle-mounted positioning equipment to collect GPS data,and perform filtering and conversion processing for the positioning data to achieve the location of the vehicle in the stockyard.The Bluetooth module in the vehicle-mounted positioning device is used for data transmission and positioning report,and a positioning experiment in the stockyard is designed to verify the feasibility of this method.2.In view of the lack of detailed maps inside the stockyard and the difficulty of route planning,the use of vector slicing technology to release the internal map of the stockyard and the combination of automatic planning of vehicle routes and manual interactive confirmation is proposed to realize the detailed route planning of vehicles within the stockyard.Navigation function,and based on the mean filtering method and Douglas algorithm for secondary processing of vehicle trajectory,solves the problem of updating and visualization of vehicle trajectory and transportation and unloading data in the stockyard.3.Based on the B/S model,a smart stockyard vehicle integrated management system with a separate development model for the front and back ends is designed.Researched and analyzed the management requirements of vehicles in the stockyard,and completed the functional design of vehicle positioning and navigation and trajectory calculation and display.Based on the VUE framework and SpringBoot framework,the development and realization of user identification and binding module,interactive route planning module,positioning and navigation track display module,voice communication intercom module,real-time monitoring module,data management and visualization module,electronic fence,etc.functional module.The actual application of this system by Yanshan Iron and Steel Company has shown that the system has complete functions and stable operation.It has realized the accurate positioning and management of vehicles in the closed and semi-enclosed stockyard,improved the efficiency of vehicle operation and unloading in the stockyard,and realized the The map vectorization and path planning of the visible area have counted the stacking data and personnel information of each part of the stockyard,which provides a reference for the subsequent statistics and management of the data in the stockyard.
