Research On Drilling Data Integration Technology Based On Crowdsourcing In The Big Data Environment

The deepening of information technology in oil drilling has generated a massive amount of drilling data.The integration of this data is the foundation for data analysis and decision-making in assisting drilling engineering management.Due to the complexity and specialization of oil drilling operations,the data collected during the drilling process has corresponding uncertainty,which makes it difficult to handle with traditional data integration methods.This paper proposes a crowdsourcing-based data integration method for drilling data in a big data environment,aiming to improve the effectiveness of data integration.Main Contributions of the Paper:1.Analyzed and discussed the uncertainty and incompleteness of oil drilling data,and considering the professionalism of oil drilling engineering,this paper adopts crowdsourcing techniques in the drilling data integration process.A data integration method based on crowdsourcing for missing drilling information,inconsistent drilling information database table attributes,and consistent crowdsourced annotations of drilling information database table attribute values is proposed,effectively improving the rationality and completeness of drilling data integration.2.Designed and presented the system architecture of the drilling data integration system based on crowdsourcing in the big data environment,and analyzed and discussed the composition structure of the system.With the introduction of crowdsourcing models,the paper provides crowdsourcing patterns for drilling data integration and the crowdsourcing integration process.3.Utilizing the theories and methods of crowdsourced databases,the paper discusses and presents the corresponding crowdsourced database designs for different requirements when integrating uncertain drilling data based on crowdsourcing,and analyzes and discusses the related methods of crowdsourced database data processing.
