| With the gradual development of the iron and steel industry,the production mode gradually tends to be a mixed production mode that combines MTO and MTS.In order to meet the diverse needs of customers for customized steel products,respond to order needs faster,and make better use of the resources and available production capacity to make reasonable allocation arrangements,this thesis proposes a resource planning model based on constraint satisfaction,and implements multiprocess collaborative production scheduling system,to meet the planning and scheduling needs of various levels of customization.The main contents are as follows:1)According to the characteristics of product diversification,individuation,and numerous production processes in iron and steel production,based on pre-sales orders,and comprehensively considering all aspects of production constraints in the iron and steel production process,a resource planning model based on constraint satisfaction is proposed and solving the model in two stages to obtain the variety optimization plan corresponding to the strategy,and give decisions in many aspects such as what,how much and how to produce.Finally,the multi-process steel production is coordinated through the actual production process data verification model of iron and steel enterprises,which improves the utilization rate of steel production resources and balances the load between processes.2)By analyzing the data requirements of all aspects of the steel manufacturing process,the factory data model is built.The model contains the core data of the multi-process production process from demand generation to production delivery,and is designed to vertically expand the data and combination similar data,extracted to simplify the complexity of data configuration.Finally,structured storage is implemented based on the persistent database.3)A multi-process collaborative production scheduling system is designed and implemented.The system includes the management and maintenance of the data in the factory data model,the production planning model and algorithm based on multi-process resource constraints,and the order production process tracking and scheduling based on the order chain.The system as a whole implemented the tracking and regulation of the entire data-level process of iron and steel production from demand forecasting,order entering to order production completion.The system is highly scalable and configurable,and can meet the planning and scheduling needs of different data sources of different iron and steel enterprises. |
