| The construction of ecological civilisation is the foundation of the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to ecological construction.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core,has attached great importance to the construction of ecological civilisation,from the implementation of the overall layout of the "five-in-one" to the promotion of the construction of ecological civilisation in accordance with the law to the proposal to establish and practice.Green water and green mountains are the concept of golden mountains and silver mountains.This series of important theories and measures have created strong theoretical support and practical guidance for our green development in the new era.Qinghai Province,located at the third pole of the earth,is rich in ecological resources,diverse,has multiple values of ecological and development significance,and accurately grasps its era value,which is of great theoretical and practical significance to the construction of ecological civilisation in the province and even China.Over the years,Qinghai Province has actively practised the "two mountains" theory,promoted overall coordination in ecological protection,economic growth and industrial development,and gradually explored a sustainable development path that conforms to Qinghai’s characteristics.Under the background of the new era and under the guidance of the "two mountains" theory,focussing on the construction of ecological civilisation and the new development concept,we comprehensively and systematically summarise the field experience of Qinghai Province in practising the "two mountains" theory over the years,accelerate the rational development and utilisation of ecological resources in Qinghai Province,constantly promote ecological protection with high-quality development,and realise ecology.The integration of advantages and development advantages.Based on the research methods of literature analysis and field investigation,through on-site investigation of the six prefectures in Qinghai Province,this paper has grasped in detail the current situation of ecological resources and ecological civilisation construction in the province under the guidance of the theory of "two mountains",focussing on issues related to the sustainable development and utilisation of ecological resources in Qinghai Province and their value of the times..The paper is divided into four parts to study the ecological resources of Qinghai Province and their era value.The first chapter summarises the theoretical basis of the construction of ecological civilisation.Combined with the Marxist thought of the relationship between man and nature and the theory of "two mountains",it deeply analyses the internal coupling logic of the theory of "two mountains" and the development of ecological resources in Qinghai Province.The second chapter expounds the importance of highlighting the sustainable development of ecological resources in Qinghai Province,that is,the status of Qinghai ecological resources.The third chapter studies the value of the times of ecological resources in Qinghai Province.On the basis of economic,political and other value dimensions,it comprehensively discusses the effectiveness of the development and utilisation of Qinghai ecological resources under the guidance of the "two mountains" theory,the successful practice of the theory and the value guidance of theories,so as to provide Qinghai wisdom for the ecological development of the whole country and even the world..The fourth chapter combines field investigation to analyse the current situation of the development and utilisation of ecological resources in Qinghai Province.It mainly discusses the existing problems in the development and utilisation of ecological resources in Qinghai and their optimisation strategies,and puts forward how to maximise the value of Qinghai ecological resources and strive to write a good chapter of the Chinese dream on the basis of protecting the environment. |
