Object:Benzophenone-3(BP-3)is widely used in skin care products such as sunscreens due to its absorption of ultraviolet rays,it has endocrine disrupting effects,and due to its extensive use,it is also harmful to the environment.Therefore,whether it is monitoring the degree of environmental pollution or studying its damage to human endocrine,it is very necessary for rapid and sensitive detection of benzophenone.However,most of the methods currently used to detect benzophenone have disadvantages such as expensive equipment and long detection time.Starting from solving the above problems,this study intends to construct a method based on the luminol chemiluminescence system,with high sensitivity,strong specificity,and even visual detection of benzophenone-3.Methods:In this thesis,a variety of luminol-based chemiluminescence methods were constructed by using flow injection chemiluminescence method,molecular imprinting technology combined with flow injection chemiluminescence method,paper-based microfluidic colorimetry method and chemiluminescence method.The luminescence system can meet the requirements of more sensitive,better selectivity and portable visual detection of benzophenone-3.Results:In this paper,based on the advantages of the luminol chemiluminescence method,three different luminol chemiluminescence systems were constructed for the detection of p-benzophenone-3.The main research results are divided into the following three parts:(1)In2S3/Mxene-Luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence system to detect BP-3In this experiment,the composite material of In2S3 and Mxene was used as the material to enhance the chemiluminescence intensity,and it was combined with the luminol chemiluminescence system to construct the In2S3/Mxene-Luminol-H2O2 chemiluminescence system,and the flow injection technology was used to load the reagents to The detection of benzophenone-3 showed a linear relationship in the range of1×10-11~1×10-9 mol/L,and the detection limit was 5.28×10-12 mol/L,and it was used in actual water samples Good results were obtained for the detection of benzophenone-3.(2)Detection of benzophenone-3 in water by molecular imprinting-chemiluminescence methodIn order to make the chemiluminescence method have better selectivity,the BP-3 molecularly imprinted polymer was prepared by the method of bulk polymerization,and the prepared polymer was used as a recognition element to combine with the luminol-hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence system,a sensor was made to measure benzophenone-3.The linear range of the method was 1×10-10~1×10-8 mol/L,and the detection limit was 8.46×10-11 mol/L.The method was applied to the determination of BP-3 in actual samples,and the results were impressive.satisfy.(3)Chemiluminescence-colorimetric microfluidic paper chip based on molecular imprinting to detect BP-3in water environmentBased on the previous two chapters,a simple and visual method for the detection of benzophenone-3 was proposed.The colorimetric chemiluminescence microfluidic paper chip of molecularly imprinted polymer based on organometallic gel was photographed with a mobile phone camera to obtain the color state and chemiluminescence intensity of the paper chip,and the software Image J was used to analyze the captured images,which could quantitatively detect the second Benzophenone-3.Conclusion:In this study,three chemiluminescence detection methods based on the luminol chemiluminescence system were successfully constructed for the detection of benzophenone-3 in water samples.Studies have shown that the detection of benzophenone-3 using the luminol-hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence system can obtain a lower detection limit and a wider detection range;the molecular imprinting technology is combined with the chemiluminescence method to make it in When detecting benzophenone-3,it can not only detect with high sensitivity,but also greatly improve the selectivity of the detection method;the combination of molecular imprinting-paper-based microfluidic-chemiluminescence method,Not only the detection has good selectivity,but also the rapid and visual detection of benzophenone-3.
