The development, application and industrialization of nuclear technology have become an indispensable part of human society, but the extensive application of nuclear technology leaves a lot of problems to be solved. The separation technology of 79Se radioactive anions in nuclear waste and the development of 99Mo radioactive anion separation technology in the production of medical nuclides are very critical, which are the core guarantees for the safe long-term disposal of nuclear wastes and the stable production of medical nuclides. The development and screening of high-efficiency sorbents is an important method.Inorganic cationic framework materials are a class of functional materials with high stability and strong anion separation ability, but there are few application studies on newly discovered materials. Therefore, this paper focused on the sorption properties and mechanisms of two new inorganic cationic frameworks for radioactive anions and explored their molding method and corresponding performance in practical application.(1)This paper systematically evaluated the sorption performance of a layered aluminum inorganic cationic framework material JU-111 for selenate and selenite anions in the first section, which was found to possess a high sorption capacity and fast kinetics, reaching equilibrium within 20 min with saturated capacities of 164.7 mg Se(Ⅵ)/g and 190.3 mg Se(Ⅳ)/g,respectively.And combined with advanced spectroscopic techniques such as synchrotron radiation X-ray absorption spectroscopy, this paper revealed the inner-sphere complexation mechanism between ions and materials.(2)In the second section of this paper, the sorption performances for molybdate ions of JU-111 and a layered yttrium inorganic cationic framework LYH were evaluated. The results show that they had an ultra-high sorption capacity,up to 416 mg Mo/g.The different sorption mechanisms between the materials and the huge influence of the species diversity to their sorption were revealed through combined spectroscopic characterizations.(3)Finally,two powdered materials were successfully prepared into spherical composite beads through a simple PAN curing strategy, and it was found that they can maintain the sorption performance in a good degree and follow similar mechanisms of the power materials. These two materials have excellent radioactive anions separation performance and can be prepared into manipulable beads, which have great potential for future practical applications.
