| The "14th five-year Plan" points out that the equipment manufacturing industry is the basic strategic industry of the national economy,and the manufacturing industry needs to be transformed and upgraded to intelligent manufacturing,it is urgent for China to accelerate the pace of making a strong manufacturing and quality country.Milling process is a complex process affected by process parameters and process system,With the continuous change of the cutting process,the cutting conditions are constantly adjusted accordingly.In the process of machining,due to the influence of factors such as uneven machining allowance and Cutting force,cutting heat,conservative feed speed and cutting quantity are generally used as the machining parameters in the cutting process,so the machining efficiency of the machine tool is limited to a certain extent.The constant power adaptive control method designed by the function module of the machine tool can improve the intelligent machining level.At present,the adaptive control system mainly uses external sensors,but it is limited by a good processing environment,so that the adaptive control technology has not been widely promoted and used.In this context,this paper studies the adaptive control technology of open CNC system by using the function module of machine tool.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.In this paper,by analyzing the energy transfer of spindle load power and the transmission mode of spindle load torque,the feasibility of adaptive control system with spindle power constraint is proved,and the adaptive control scheme is designed based on FANUC and SIEMENS numerical control system.2.On the basis of the existing adaptive control algorithm,an adaptive optimization algorithm is proposed,which takes the load power of the spindle as the constraint object,and then calculates the optimal feed speed adjustment of the same type of milling cutter through the milling force model.Feeding the feed speed adjustment back to the machine tool,finally realize the feed speed on-line adjustment.3.Taking the FANUC 0i-MD system and the SINUMERIK 840Dsl system as the research objects,the constant power adaptive control system is developed respectively.By writing the PMC/PLC program,the real-time reading of the spindle power and the data exchange between PMC/PLC and NC are realized.Aiming at the rules for writing NC programs of the two systems,an intelligent adaptive program conversion software was developed to convert the original NC program into a brand new NC program incorporating adaptive control functions.4.Finally,taking aluminum alloy workpieces and iron castings as processing objects,comparative experiments were carried out under the conditions of conventional milling and milling with constant power adaptive control system.The experimental results show that after adding the adaptive control function,the workpiece processing time has been significantly shortened,indicating that the adaptive control system developed with the built-in function module of the machine tool has a good control effect and the workpiece cutting efficiency has been improved. |
