| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the needs of digital city construction,the scope of information services provided by geographic information data is expanding,and the demand for geographic information data from various industries is increasing.Data quality is an important evaluation index of geographic information data,which determines whether the data can be used.At present,due to the relatively independent work of the relevant production departments of geographic information data,the existing data are partially missing,less accurate and less current,and data re-collection is time-consuming and labor-intensive.The quality of the data from various sources is becoming more and more prominent,which seriously affects the sharing and use of data among them.In the process of geographic information data production,quality evaluation is also an essential part,but the current methods for data quality evaluation and analysis are too limited.To address the above problems,this paper proposes data quality consistency analysis indexes based on real-world 3D and a novel data quality consistency assessment method to explore the closeness of data to the field.Combined with the UAV tilt photogrammetry technology,a real-world 3D model of the study area is constructed,and the evaluation index,evaluation scheme and evaluation process of data quality consistency are studied.The main research results contain the following aspects.(1)Research on data quality consistency analysis method.The research object is the basic geographic data of townships measured and mapped by professional mapping agencies at fixed time nodes.Based on the five data quality dimensions defined by ISO and GIS data quality standards,indicators applicable to professional geographic data quality assessment are proposed,and a set of data quality consistency assessment methods are summarized and summarized for different assessment schemes of different types of data.(2)The applicability of the assessment method proposed in this paper is verified by taking the study area as an example.The experimental results show that the causes of errors include natural variations and human factors.Factors such as timeliness of data,different operational units and operational quality requirements,different ways of acquiring ontology data,and modifications and changes in survey technical protocols lead to inconsistent quality of different data from the same geographical entity.The data quality consistency assessment and analysis method proposed in this paper has intuitive,efficient and accurate advantages for approving the consistency and accuracy of data at various levels,and has good application and promotion value.(3)Exploring the impact of data quality on applications.This paper summarizes the impact of data quality in several cases of data used in the actual construction and planning applications of townships,and points out that the quality of data can directly affect the development and implementation of projects.The data quality consistency analysis method proposed in this paper can quickly check and correct data quality consistency problems,reduce the cost of quality control,and realize the transformation from manual to semi-automatic.Figure [16] Table [29] Reference [122]... |
