Labor cost is an important part of cost control in manufacturing enterprises.How to use existing human resources to assign personnel tasks at the lowest cost and effectively complete the production tasks according to the production plan is one of the important problems that enterprise managers need to solve.The essence of the problem is tantamount to optimize the labor cost.At present,managers of various manufacturing enterprises often rely on their personal experience to assign quality inspectors to perform inspection tasks.In order to ensure that tasks are completed on time,managers tend to underestimate the quality inspector’s personal ability.The complexity of assembly relations performed by quality inspectors is greater than that of assembly lines,resulting in idle human resources and waste of labor costs.Therefore,it is urgent to construct the optimal personnel assignment model for the labor cost management of manufacturing enterprises.In this thesis,the assembly line mainly focuses on large and medium-sized and diversified products and studies the assembly line quality inspector assignment model.According to the complexity of assembly relation of assembly line,the optimal labor cost model is constructed by assigning personnel with computer aided software.In terms of solving methods,the model is based on the different restrictions of assembly lines for different types of products.Firstly,the complexity of assembly relationship performed by all kinds of quality inspectors was quantified.Then,according to the different restrictions of each assembly line on all kinds of inspectors,analyze the assignment of inspectors.Finally,calculate the number of technical engineers and cooperation fee according to the number of quality inspectors.According to the constraints of quality inspector,technical engineer,cooperation fee and other conditions,set the corresponding parameters of each constraint formula,and solve the model through LINGO software.In this thesis,the main research results are as follows:(1)Construct an optimal quality inspector assignment model.This model mainly applies the knowledge of integer programming with the help of LINGO programming and EXCEL data editing function.The program is run to solve the quality inspector assignment problem of assembly lines with different assembly relationship complexity.(2)Through the case analysis of C company’s assembly line quality inspector assignment,the manual inspection cost of the assembly line can be reduced when the model constructed in this thesis is used to solve the optimal solution.Under the condition of assembly line production plan,quality inspectors of different types and abilities are assigned to perform inspection according to limitations on assembly relationship complexity of different assembly lines.All kinds of inspectors can give full play to their professional skills to achieve the best assignment of inspectors.(3)Based on the sensitivity analysis of each parameter,the factors that have a significant impact on the manual inspection cost are found: the change of assembly relationship complexity performed by senior quality inspector on a daily basis has the most significant impact on the manual inspection cost of the assembly line;The complexity of assembly relationship performed daily by all kinds of quality inspectors is the biggest influencing factor of manual inspection cost.
