| Research Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of the Sports Games in Folk on the sensory integration ability of 6-7 years old children,to provide a powerful method and basis for improving children’s sensory integration ability scientifically and effectively in the future,and to open up a new world for the Sports Games in Folk to enter the campus.Research methods: In this study,85 students from two classes of Grade two in Zanxianlu Primary School,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province,were subjected to12-week exercise intervention through the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.The subjects were divided into experimental group(43 students)and control group(42 students).The physical education content of the experimental group was the Sports Games in Folk.The control group adopted traditional PE teaching mode.SPSS26.0 and EXCEL tables were used to compare and analyze the test data of sensory integration ability(Children’s Sensory Integration Development Rating Scale)and related motor ability(eye closed one-leg balance,eye closed standing in place,hexagon ball,10-meter run back,cross quadrant jump,pad step high five jump)before and after the experiment.Results:1.There were significant differences in vestibular function scale scores of children in control group before and after the experiment(P<0.05),but no significant differences in tactile defense,proprioception and learning ability scale scores(P>0.05);The scores of vestibular function,tactile defense,proprioception and learning ability scale of the experimental group were significantly different before and after the experiment(P<0.01).2.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,the proportion of children with dyssensory integration ability decreased in both the experimental group and the control group,but more children with dyssensory ability converted to normal children in the experimental group,and the scale scores were higher than those in the control group.There were significant differences in tactile defense,proprioception and learning ability between the two groups of children(P<0.05).There were significant differences in vestibular function(P<0.01).3.The results of one-leg balance with eyes closed were significantly different in the control group before and after the experiment(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in the scores of standing in place with eyes closed,six-corner ball,10-meter run,cross quadrant jump and pad jump high-five(P>0.05);There were significant differences in the scores of standing on one foot with eyes closed,walking in place with eyes closed,hexagram ball,cross quadrant jump and cushion-step jump and high-five before and after the experiment among children in the experimental group(P<0.01),and there were significant differences in the scores of 10-meter run back(P<0.05).4.After 12 weeks of exercise intervention,children in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group in the relevant motor ability test.Children in the two groups had significant differences in the scores of single-leg balance with eyes closed,walking in place with eyes closed,10-meter run back and cross quadrant jump(P<0.05),and had very significant differences in the scores of six-corner ball and pad jump high five(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.From the basic situation analysis of children,the proportion of children with sensory integration disorder in both the experimental group and the control group decreased,but more children with sensory integration disorder in the experimental group turned into normal children,indicating that the Sports Games in Folk have a more significant effect on improving children’s sensory integration disorder than ordinary physical education activities.2.From the analysis of children’s sensory integration ability,the Sports Games in Folk and ordinary physical education activities have certain positive effects on improving children’s sensory integration ability.The former is reflected in vestibular function,tactile defense,proprioception and learning ability,while the latter is only reflected in vestibular function.It shows that the Sports Games in Folk are better than ordinary physical education activities in improving children’s sensory integration ability.3.From the analysis of children’s motor ability,the relevant test scores of children in the experimental group and the control group were increased to varying degrees on average,but the improvement of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,indicating that the Sports Games in Folk were significantly better than ordinary physical education activities in improving children’s balance,reaction and coordination ability.It is proved that the Sports Games in Folk can improve children’s sensory integration ability more significantly. |
