| In engineering applications,with the continuous development of intelligence,more and more products or materials have self-healing or self-repairing mechanism,and have been produced and widely used.These materials or products have high reliability and long life.Therefore,reliability modeling and analysis of these complex systems has become a research hotspot.This article will establish and analyze system reliability models for complex systems with self-healing or self-repairing mechanism.The main research contents are as follows:Reliability analysis of complex systems under cumulative shock model.Firstly,based on impacts of system operation environment and shock loads,a new two-stage reliability model is established for complex systems with self-healing and self-repairing mechanisms.Secondly,system lifetime and other reliability indexes under the cumulative shock model are derived,and the simulation algorithm for calculating system reliability is given.The accuracy of reliability under the cumulative shock model is verified by simulation using MATLAB software.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed model are verified by comparing numerical results with simulation results of metallized film capacitor.Reliability analysis of complex systems under the extreme-cumulative mixed shock model.Firstly,the shock model is further generalized on the basis of the cumulative shock model in the previous chapter,and reliability evaluation of complex systems with self-healing and self-repairing mechanisms under the extreme-cumulative mixed shock model is discussed.Secondly,based on the definition of reliability under this model,the reliability expression of system is given,and the reliability function and other reliability indexes of the system are derived using the stochastic process method.At the same time,the Monte Carlo simulation method is used to give simulation steps of reliability to verify the derived reliability function.Finally,the system reliability is compared and analyzed with an example of metallized film capacitor,and the applicability and rationality of the reliability model are verified by simulation.Reliability analysis of complex systems with mutually dependent competing failure.Firstly,a new degradation model for the system with self-healing mechanism is developed by using the mutually dependent competing failure theory of shock and degradation models.Then,the reliability expressions of soft and hard failure under the circumstance of with and without self-healing are provided respectively,and system reliability functions are given by utilizing probability theory and stochastic processes.The analytical expressions of reliability without self-healing are also addressed simultaneously.However,due to the complexity of the model with self-healing mechanism,the analytical solution of the reliability function cannot be obtained directly,so the simulation solution of the system reliability is estimated by the Monte Carlo simulation method.Finally,taking MEMS as an example,the validity and effectiveness of the proposed reliability model are verified,and the sensitivity of the system is also analyzed. |
