| Multi-attribute decision-making is closely related to daily life,but the complexity of decision-making environment makes the whole decision-making process full of uncertain information,how to accurately express and deal with uncertain information becomes the key of multi-attribute decision-making.This paper studies the determination methods of ideal solutions and corresponding multi-attribute decisions under several types of uncertain information,and the specific contents are as follows:(1)Considering multi-attribute decision making of linguistic q rung orthopair fuzzy sets,the similarity measure of linguistic q rung orthopair fuzzy sets is defined based on cosine similarity measure and Minkowski distance measure,and the properties of similarity measure are discussed.The expert weight is obtained by projection method and the ideal solution of the alternative object is determined by score function.Finally,a multi-attribute decision making method based on linguistic q rung orthopair fuzzy set ideal solution is proposed,and the method is applied to the practical problem of admission evaluation for graduate students.The effectiveness of the method is verified by comparing with other methods.(2)Considering the multistage decision making problem under the interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy sets,first of all,the distance measure of interval intuitionistic trapezoidal fuzzy numbers is defined based on the Hamming distance and the centroid point,and the dynamic expectation level function is proposed on the basis of distance measure,and the optimal programming model is constructed by combining the maximum expectation principle,the optimal attribute weights and the ideal solution of each stage are obtained.Finally,an improved EDAS method based on prospect theory is proposed and applied to the emergency decision-making of natural disasters,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by comparative analysis.(3)Considering the multi-attribute decision making problem of probabilistic linguistic term sets,the Dice similarity measure of probabilistic linguistic term sets is proposed based on expectation and variance,and it is proved to satisfy the similarity measure axiom.Secondly,a method to determine the ideal solution is proposed based on the extreme value of the probabilistic linguistic term sets,the endpoint values and the center value of the reference standard solution interval.Finally,a multi-attribute decision making method based on the ideal solution of probabilistic linguistic term set is proposed and applied to the evaluation of water conservancy construction,and its effectiveness is verified by comparative analysis.The multi-attribute decision making method based on ideal solution under uncertain information proposed in this paper is of great significance in solving practical problems. |
