Wavelength switched optical network,WSON,is an automatic switched optical network based on wavelength division multiplexing transmission network.It is an intelligent wavelength division standard advocated by the standards organization of the international Internet Engineering Task Force.It can realize high-capacity and end-to-end all-optical network communication.WSON is an intelligent optical network optimized and improved on the basis of ASON,and finally realizes the wavelength intelligent scheduling of E2 E on optical network.The key of WSON intelligence is to load the control plane and carry out automatic protection switching(APS)after detecting the alarm.At present,the WSON network adopts OTU alarm to trigger service protection switching.There is a problem that the faulty link cannot be eliminated during service switching and rerouting,resulting in too long service interruption time.This thesis proposes an OA-OSC joint alarm algorithm,which can optimize the problem of OTU alarm,eliminate the faulty link during service switching and avoid invalid calculation.The main work of this thesis is as follows:(1)The survivability based on WSON control plane is studied.The survivability of optical network is embodied in the function of protection and recovery.This thesis describes the specific protection and recovery methods of WSON in different networks in detail.(2)This thesis expounds that alarm is the key to trigger service protection or switching in case of network failure,and describes in detail the operation mode of the alarm mechanism adopted in WSON.Then,based on the traditional alarm,a new OA-OSC joint alarm algorithm is proposed.(3)This thesis expounds the design principle of OA-OSC joint alarm algorithm,and explains the implementation of joint alarm algorithm under different protection and recovery modes.Finally,it is concluded that compared with traditional alarm,this algorithm can reduce the time required for service switching,reduce the service interruption time,and further improve the survivability of WSON network.(4)Using the existing network equipment to construct the experimental scenario,the joint alarm and traditional OTU alarm are used to complete the service protection and switching in the case of fiber failure.It is verified that the algorithm can eliminate the faulty link in the network and optimize the current OTU alarm.
