The level of informatization and industrialization continues to develop,and the popularization of technologies such as computers and the Internet of Things is gradually changing the traditional manufacturing industry.Traditional production methods can no longer meet the needs of productivity development.As a new production factor,data has become a new driving force for the development of the manufacturing industry.Cost data is an important factor for companies to improve their competitiveness.How to collect these data accurately and effectively has also become an issue of increasing concern for companies.Based on the study of customer-oriented product quotations,this paper proposes a cost estimation model based on extension examples and neural networks;according to the company's existing cost accounting methods and existing problems,the underlying data acquisition method is improved,and the accuracy of cost accounting is improved.A set of data acquisition system for bottom manufacturing resources is developed.The specific work of this paper is as follows:(1)Introduced the overview of industrial big data in discrete workshops and the cost development model under big data in manufacturing,and analyzed and explained the domestic and foreign research status of this research topic from the three perspectives of discrete manufacturing enterprise cost estimation,accounting methods and manufacturing data collection.(2)Propose a case-based reasoning method based on extension matter-element.Aiming at the problem of fuzzy retrieval rules and low efficiency of retrieval methods for ABC case inventory,fully analyze the enterprise production BOM theory and CBR technology,describe the fuzzy concepts between attributes in a quantitative form,and introduce analytic hierarchy process and entropy considering customer needs The weight law adjusts the overall weight,which improves the matching degree of case retrieval cost.(3)Combining extension theory with GA-BP neural network,a cost estimation model based on the combination of extension case reasoning and hybrid neural network is proposed.The GA-BP neural network model not only further verifies the accuracy of the extension case reasoning,but also compensates for the case cost matching problem with a large similarity gap,improves the cost prediction accuracy,and has high engineering application value.(4)A data-driven costing method is proposed.Analyze the concept of MES system and the current status of cost management in the discrete manufacturing workshop,and propose a real-time data acquisition technology scheme for intelligent data in the discrete workshop,and introduce the general steps of cost collection and allocation;compare and analyze the results of traditional cost accounting and the added data through examples.After collecting the cost accounting results,finding out the driving force of cost consumption,it proved the effectiveness of the method.(5)Introduced the developed data collection platform based on the actual situation of the enterprise workshop.Using the GUI components under the Java language Swing frame and SQL Server to develop a set of data acquisition system for the bottom of the workshop,the system framework and the logical concept of the database are introduced,and finally the visualization interface of the collection system is displayed,realizing the real-time data of the bottom layer.Functions such as transmission and visualization.
