The development and demand of education are two interactive factors.The demand for education directly affects the direction,structure and quality of the development of our education;The direction and quality of education will also affect demand.The demand for preschool education also has a basic and overall impact on preschool education resources.With the official implementation and launch of the "double reduction" policy in China,the development and demand of China’s preschool education market in the future will most likely have a certain impact and impact on the preschool education industry,which will bring great pressure to the current development of China’s preschool education,public services and resource allocation.Therefore,it is very necessary to do a good job in the planning and allocation of preschool education resources by investigating the current development needs of preschool education and analyzing some problems existing in the current development of preschool education.This research is mainly based on the statistical data of basic education in Jiading District,and analyzes the current situation of the development of preschool education in Jiading District.Then,through the questionnaire survey and micro interview with students’ parents and principals,we can deeply understand the current situation of resource supply in all aspects of preschool education in Jiading District and the current situation of other relevant resources.This paper further analyzes the current demand changes of preschool education resources in Jiading District and the existing problems in the planning and allocation of preschool education resources,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.The data show that the fertility policy has a relatively small impact on the scale of children invested in pre-school education in Jiading District in the future,and the scale of pre-secondary education investment in basic education in Jiading District will continue to rise in the future.Through the analysis,it is found that there is not much conflict between supply and demand in the aspect of preschool children’s degree.The future demand for full-time preschool teachers in Jiading District is consistent with the change trend of the number of preschool children in Jiading District.By studying the development status of preschool education from the perspective of parents’ needs,it is found that there are still many problems in preschool education in Jiading District: uneven resource distribution among regions and relatively insufficient overall planning ability of educational resources in the district.There are few high-quality parks,resulting in greater degree pressure.There are also problems in the hardware of the park,such as aging but unable to update in time,inflexible use of funds,etc.Parents’ demand for teachers is getting higher and higher.Just taking education as a condition can not meet their needs,and they need more professional ability.The core quality and professional and technical level of preschool teachers have become a very important part of the demand.If we go deep into the construction of teachers,we can find that there are some problems,such as unclear development path,lack of talents and so on.In order to meet the development requirements of all parties,government agencies should actively broaden educational channels and encourage the forces of all sectors of society to participate in preschool education,so as to optimize the allocation of educational resources;We should deal with the pressure on preschool education from the needs of all parties by expanding the recruitment of undergraduate,master and professional talents,improving the standardization and training management system of preschool teachers,coordinating and using the teachers of preschool education,and promoting the quantity and quality construction of preschool teachers.
