In recent years,standards-based on curriculum reforms have been widely implementing around the world,and research on the consistency of teaching content,academic evaluation and curriculum standards has become a hot spot in the current curriculum research field.Through the methods of literature research,content analysis,questionnaire and statistical analysis,this subject has carried on a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the "consistency" among the Jiangsu Province Physics College Examination papers,classroom teaching content and high school physics curriculum standards in the last five years.The research aims to reflect the current situation and deficiencies of the implementation of high school physics courses based on standards in China.According to the enlightenment of the research conclusions,provide referential suggestions that how to grasp the consistency of physics college entrance examination,teaching content and physics curriculum standards,the improvement of high school physics teaching,the improvement of examination evaluation,and the revision of curriculum standards.This research not only enables high school physics practical teachers and college entrance examination physics test papers designers to more thoroughly implement requirements of the new high school physics curriculum standards when carrying out teaching work and design the test papers,helps teachers to understand education reforms and college entrance examination from the side,and treat basic education reform with a scientific attitude,but also provide reference cases for rich and consistent localization research.The research shows that in terms of "evaluation-standards",there is no significant consistency between the physical examination papers and the curriculum standards in the last five years.The consistency level between the knowledge content distribution and cognitive level distribution that is in a generally low level.In terms of "teaching-standards",the degree of consistency between teaching content and curriculum standards is also unsatisfactory,and the level of consistency between the knowledge content distribution and cognitive level distribution as same as in the low level;in terms of "evaluationteaching",Although there is no significant in the main of consistency between the physics college entrance examination paper and the teaching content,they have a relatively high level of consistency in the distribution of knowledge content and cognitive level.As far as"teaching-evaluation-standard" is concerned,the overall consistency of Jiangsu Province Physics College Examination paper,teaching content and curriculum standards in the last five years was not ideal.Therefore there is no statistically significant consistency.The consistency between the 2009 Jiangsu Province Physics College Entrance Examination paper and the teaching content is higher than the consistency between the two and the curriculum standards.Combined with the analysis of the results,this study further explores the influencing factors of "consistency" from three aspects:examination evaluation,classroom teaching and curriculum standards.Through the exploration of relevant issues,the author finally put forward several suggestions:First,fully implement the curriculum standards,and carry out teaching according to the outline and regulations;second,strictly follow the curriculum standards,and continuously improve the quality of the test papers;third,widely carry out multiple tests and effectively improve the evaluation level.The fourth is to revise and improve the curriculum standards which fully play the guiding role;the fifth is to establish and implement the curriculum standard reward and punishment mechanism,and improve the college entrance examination quality monitoring system.
