In order to solve the problems of "score-only theory" and "one examination determines the full life "in the current examination and emollment system,the new round of reform of the examination and enrollment system is being carried out in heat.As one of the pilot provinces and municipalities,Zhejiang province has put forward such reform measures as "3+3" mode,multiple examinations,and multiple entrance examination These pose a great challenge to make the new college entrance examination questions in Zhejiang province.So it is urgent to learn from the successful experience suitable for its own development.Based o this,this paper selects the Taiwan region as the comparison object which follows the world development trend in the aspect of the college entrance examination reform and has sinuilar cultural background,examination plan and curriculum concept with Zhejiang.And then this paper conducts a comparative study on the chemistry test of Zhejiang and Taiwan university entrance examination under the new college entrance examination background.In order to systematically and comprehensively understand the proposition background of the two places,and compare their proposition characteristic the author first combs the course of the development of the university entrance examination system in the two places.And then the examination instroctions of chemistry conrses in Zhejiang and Taiwan were compared in terms of examination objectives examination scope,examination content and requirements,etc.Thirdly,I compared the chemistry questions of the college entrance examination in Zhejiang and Taiwan from the aspects of examination time,examination score,examination content breadth and depth,and examination information presentation,etc.Finally,combining theoretical research with empirical research,interviewed a number of senior high school chemistry teachers about the characteristics and excellence of the test questions in Zhejiang and Taiwan On this basis,the similarities and differences of the examination system,instructions and examination papers of the two places are concluded The similarities are as follows:the universty entrance examination system of both places implements multiple entrance examination,multiple examinations,etc.;The examination instructions of chemistry courses in both places attach importance to the ability of chemical experiment exploration and chemical calculation The key points of the two exam papers are roughly the same,and the information of the two exam papers is presented in varions ways Pay attention to the role of non-text information Differences such as:Taiwan examination system has a more optimized "multiple admissions" and advanced "enrollment and examination separation";The case part of Taiwan’s exam instructions are clearly classified and analyzed in detail;The chemistry exam paper of Taiwan focuses more on students’ reading ability Zhejiang examination system has a better "parallel admission";the constitment elements of the exam instructions are more comprehensive,the content is more specific and clear;The chemistry questions of the college entrance examination in Zhejiang pay more attention to the investigation ability and innovation ability of the subject,and emphasize comprehensive applicationBased on the findings,the following recommendations are made Firstly,on the reform of the new college entrance examination system the examination should be entrusted to professional institutions,and the separation of enrollment and examination should be gradually realized;Speed up the improvement of "multiple admission" channels.Secondly,on the reform of the examination instructions of chemistry courses in Zhejiang:perfect the regulation of examination target;The case part of the examination instructions should be interpreted in depth Thirdly on the reform of the chemistry questions of the college entrance examination in Zhejiang:reduce the number of questions appropriately;Enrich the type of questions,add muliple choice options,optimize the scoring method,Using the model information questions of the Taiwan region to enrich the non-text information of the test questions;Increase the breadth of the examination questions,and appropriately reduce the difficulty,Pay attention to the development of multidisciplimary cross-topics and improve students’ ability to apply interdisciplinary knowledge,Enrich the topic information materials,cultivate students’ reading ability,pay attention to the cultivation of the core accomplishment of chemistry subject.
