| One’s life is a process of getting along with oneself, and self-evaluation is an inevitable topic.Self-esteem and general self-efficacy are key factors in core self-evaluation and have a profound impact on self-evaluation.Based on the phenomenological theory of self-esteem and embodied cognition theory, this article innovatively explores the influence of body posture(active sitting posture)on self-evaluation,constructs an embodied self-evaluation model with self-esteem as the core and uses this model for intervention research. This study explores the influence of active sitting posture on the self-evaluation of junior high school students through three studies.Study one uses a self-compiled body posture questionnaire,Rosenberg self-esteem scale, and general self-efficacy scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on junior high school students in a middle school in Nanning. The relationship between body posture and self-evaluation is to further construct a self-evaluation embodied model with self-esteem as the core;study two uses experimental methods to explore the impact of instantaneous body posture changes on self-evaluation,and study three uses experimental methods to explore the effects of active sitting intervention time on self The impact of evaluation. This study draws the following conclusions:(1)There is a positive correlation between body posture(active sitting posture)and(self-evaluation)self-esteem and general self-efficacy,that is,the more upright and expanded the current body posture(the more active the sitting posture),the higher the level of self-esteem and general self-efficacy.(2)The relationship between the current body posture and self-esteem of junior high school students is moderated by general self-efficacy.When the general self-efficacy is low,the current body posture has a significant effect on self-esteem,and when the general self-efficacy is above the medium level, the current body posture has no significant effect on self-esteem.For the first and second grade students, there is no moderating effect of general self-efficacy on the relationship between present body posture and self-esteem.For juniors, the relationship between body posture and self-esteem is moderated by general self-efficacy;that is,when general self-efficacy is low, body posture has a significant impact on self-esteem,and when general self-efficacy is above the medium level, body posture has no significant effect on self-esteem.(3)General self-efficacy plays a mediating role between junior high school students’ habitual body posture and self-esteem.(4)Temporary changes in body posture cannot affect self-evaluation(self-esteem,general self-efficacy).(5)The intervention time of active sitting posture affects the embodied effect of self-evaluation,that is,the longer the intervention time of active sitting posture, the better the effect of improving self-esteem and general self-efficacy. |
