| The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in 2017 put forward the strategy of healthy China’s development.In response to the implementation of the Healthy China strategy,Shandong Province has successively issued the Regulations on Promoting Students’ Physical Fitness and Health in Shandong Province and the Outline of Healthy Shandong 2030 Planning in 2017 and 2018,which clearly stipulates that primary and secondary schools must offer health education courses to promote the development of health education at the school level.In 2020,the sudden COVID19 epidemic has raised the attention of the whole society to health,and schools should also pay more attention to health education.Therefore,it is of great significance to investigate and study the implementation of school health education.In this study,literature method,investigation method,field observation method and other research methods were adopted to investigate the implementation status of health education in a township primary school of Tai’an City.First through the health education research status at home and abroad were reviewed and comb,define the related connotation of health education,health education is through purposeful,organized activities to spread health knowledge,interfere the behavior of people,so as to promote the development of individual’s physical and mental health,health education content including health behavior and life style,disease prevention,mental health,growth and adolescent health,safety and emergency and safety of five layers.Followed by questionnaires and interviews,questionnaire compiled by the reference Zhi Wei wait for primary school health education implementation situation of questionnaire investigation,to determine the questionnaire of five dimensions: health education,implementing contents and implementing approaches in school,evaluation method,faculty,selected the Tai’an City some village elementary school higher grades 56,268 students and teachers,the questionnaire survey to four teachers for the interview at the same time,the implementation of the comprehensive understanding Tai’an City some village primary school health education present situation.After data collection and statistical analysis,the following problems are summarized: the health education in rural primary schools is insufficient and becomes a mere formality;Health education content is one-sided,lack of pertinence;Health education methods are monotonous and lack of interaction;The evaluation system of health education is missing and the effect is not good.In view of the above problems,mining the reasons for the implementation of health education in rural primary schools,there are four aspects as follows: health education status is awkward,leadership attention is low;Health education fund investment is insufficient,the theory research is insufficient;Rural primary school health education lack of professional teachers;Rural primary school health education development of internal and external resources are scarce.Finally,based on the findings of this study,several improvement strategies are proposed.Firstly,school leaders and teachers should pay more attention to health education and open health education courses.Secondly,rural primary schools should build a complete health education content system and pay attention to the life and practicability of the content.Third,rural primary schools need to innovate the teaching methods and means of health education,multi-channel implementation of health education;Finally,the evaluation system of health education is established to improve the quality of school health education. |
