| With the advancement of urbanization,large-scale population migration and population flow begin to take place in China.With the migration of more and more young people into cities,more and more elderly people also follow their children to live in the cities where their children live for a variety of reasons,forming the "accompanying elderly" group.Old people who have moved away from their hometown for decades to a strange living environment are faced with various changes and challenges in many aspects of their lives.Once they are not handled well,they will feel lonely in the long run,which will greatly affect the happiness index of old people in their later years.Through in-depth interviews with 21 old people who moved with them,the author concludes that the loneliness of the old people who moved with them in H community is mainly manifested in the following three aspects: family integration difficulty,community integration difficulty,and low degree of adaptation to social life.Through the analysis of the interviews,the author concluded that H community trailing the old man’s loneliness causes mainly has three aspects: the individual level,family level,community level,individual level mainly include language communication,living habits,family level mainly include the lack of communication,generational tensions,role positioning is not clear,the community level mainly includes the community activities promote small coverage,low degree of social interaction.Then the author based on the theory of supporting group work methods and social support to design and implement the supportive group activities under the guidance of the intervention plans,through guide team members to discuss topics of mutual interest,mutual to discover their own advantages,to help team members to establish personal confidence,improve the communication between team members and children family,guide team members to build new way of communication,network and help team members to build a new peer support system,in order to ease the trailing the old inner loneliness.After the author’s analysis of the intervention process of supportive group activities and the evaluation of the reliving effect of group members’ loneliness,the author finally draws the following conclusions: first,the establishment of mutual assistance relationship is helpful to alleviate loneliness.Secondly,exploring the advantages of members is conducive to the improvement of members’ self-identity. |
