Research On The Guarantee Of Credibility Of People's Mediation For Medical Disputes

Public trust in people’s mediation of medical disputes is an intangible asset,which reflects the legitimacy of mediation organizations,tests the ability of mediation mechanism to gain public trust,and is an important basis for maintaining social stability and realizing national governance.At present,various interest conflicts are prominent in China,and the society is at a critical moment of transformation.To some extent,it is more difficult for the people’s mediation mechanism of medical disputes to gain people’s trust.Especially in recent years,the public social crisis caused by some sudden mass medical incidents has caused the public to watch with the help of the spread of the Internet.Such as Beijing civil aviation general hospital killings,it caused a very bad impact to the community.If such a major medical dispute is not handled properly in a timely manner,it will cause panic between doctors and patients,social unrest,and public distrust of the ability of people’s mediation to solve medical disputes.The credibility of people’s mediation in medical disputes will also face severe challenges.The Chinese government attaches great importance to the construction of public credibility,and credibility is listed in the socialist core values system in the report of the 18th national congress of the communist party of China.For people’s mediation of medical disputes,public trust is an essential and important guarantee to maintain their own professional level,reflect the fairness and justice of mediation and maintain social stability.Lose credibility,the mediation mechanism will be paralyzed,it is difficult to play its advantages in resolving conflicts and disputes.Like the Tacitus trap,when people’s mediation in medical disputes loses credibility,mediators who mediate whether they are telling the truth or not,doing good or bad things,are considered to be lying and doing bad things.Trust is hard to build,and harder to rebuild if you lose it.Therefore,how to establish the public’s trust in the people’s mediation of medical disputes has become the urgent task for the development of the people’s mediation of medical disputes.This paper adopts the literature research method,collects relevant literature materials,comprehensively and systematically understands and grasps the cutting-edge viewpoints in the research field of guaranteeing the credibility of people’s mediation in medical disputes,and understands the theoretical and practical basis for improving the credibility.To evaluate the credibility of people’s mediation in medical disputes by means of expert interview,to find the factors affecting the credibility,to sort out and analyze the status quo,characteristics and trends,and to analyze the composition and measurement standards of the credibility.This paper focuses on the problems in the development of people’s mediation mechanism for medical disputes by empirical research,and analyzes and demonstrates the problems in practice.The research of this paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is the definition of relevant core concepts in this paper.This paper analyzes the connotation and value of public trust,describes the self-perfection of people’s mediation mechanism,explains the connotation and characteristics of people’s mediation in medical disputes,and discusses the significance of guaranteeing public trust.The second part is the influencing factors of public trust in people’s mediation of medical disputes.This paper starts with the development status of people’s mediation of medical disputes in various regions to find the influencing factors of public trust and make a certain summary.The third part is the analysis of influencing factors of public trust in people’s mediation of medical disputes.The fourth part discusses the construction path of public trust,puts forward the construction and measurement standard of public trust from the perspective of trust theory,and summarizes some advantages and experiences to provide reference for the construction of public trust guarantee path of people’s mediation in medical disputes.The fifth part discusses the path choice of credibility construction of medical disputes in our country people’s mediation,on the basis of summarizing the above,discuss how to build trust and keep the trust,mainly from the keep the subject neutrality,build trust on the basis of the justice,development of professional mediation team,build on the basis of professional trust,and normative construction mediation process,build on the basis of the specification of trust,guaranteeing timely performance,the result of the conciliation of building on the basis of the authority of the trust from the four aspects of enhancing the medical dispute mediation credibility development path.Try to build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
