| Innovation is an important theme to promote social progress,promote product renewal and accelerate economic development.Innovation is not only about technological innovation,but also needs method innovation.Using appropriate innovative methods can greatly improve the efficiency of solving innovative problems,shorten the problem solving cycle,and reduce the economic cost.Substance field analysis is a problem analysis tool based on system component and function analysis in TRIZ theory,which is used to build the smallest technical system model,called substance field model.In this paper,the extension innovation method is introduced to formally and concretely express the elements in the substance field analysis,and the extension solution process of the existing problem substance field model is designed to improve the practicality of the substance field analysis.At the same time,based on the integrated research of substance field and extension innovation method,a computer interface of extension solution is designed to improve the usability of extension solution method.The main research contents of this paper include the following three parts:(1)In-depth comparison of substance field analysis and extension innovation method,and on the basis of the theoretical content and current development,the element model is used to describe the object element,interaction event element and relationship element about matter and field in technical system.Aiming to highlight some characteristics about matter and field of the substance field model in the technical system,based on the consideration of application convenience,some characteristics and quantities of the matter element,event element and relationship element about the technical system are standardized.(2)Combined with extension innovation method,the specific extension solution processes are designed for the incomplete substance field model,the harmful effect substance field model and the insufficient effect substance field model,realizing concrete solution toward for these three kinds of substance field models.In addition,making full use of the standard solution,an extension solution process based on the standard solution is designed.These extension solution processes broaden the solution idea of substance field model and improve the application of the substance field analysis and extension innovation method in solving innovation problems.In this paper,the micro-pump and micro-valve are innovatively designed based on extension solution processes.(3)An analysis system of extension solution based on substance field transformation design method is designed.In the process of system design and development,the computer-aided system is based on the integrated innovative design process of substance field analysis method and extension innovation method,and the system is divided into five modules.At the same time,the specific use process of each module is designed to realize the functions of case creation,update and saving.The user interface design of the auxiliary system can improve the usability of the substance field transformation design method. |
