| In this paper,based on the pre-research project of the reliability test-bed of the automatic ammunition loading system,the vibration phenomenon of the ammunition manipulator when it moves in place is studied.The rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of the ammunition manipulator is established by using ADAMS software.The influence of the clearance and rigidity on the vibration of the ammunition is studied,and the vibration of the ammunition is improved from these two aspects.First,according to the interior design space of the artillery,design requirements and indicators,the structure of the ammunition manipulator is designed by using Creo,a threedimensional modeling software;The dynamic calculation of the rotation action and the conveying action of the ammunition manipulator is carried out,which provides the basis for the design of the hydraulic cylinder;the kinematic analysis of the rotation motion is carried out,and the dynamic parameters of the ammunition manipulator are solved under each firing angle of the artillery.Then,based on the three-dimensional model of the ammunition manipulator,the multibody dynamic model of the ammunition manipulator is established by using ADAMS.In order to fit the engineering practice better,the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of the ammunition manipulator is established by using HyperMesh and ADAMS.The accuracy of the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of the ammunition manipulator is verified by the experiment.Based on the rigid flexible coupling dynamic model of the ammunition manipulator,Adams is used to simulate the rotation action,and the influence of the clearance and stiffness on the vibration of the manipulator after it moves in place is studied.Finally,according to the research of clearance and stiffness,the structure of the manipulator is improved.When the mass of the manipulator is increased by 1.06 kg,the vibration is reduced by 67.07%;At the same time,the optimal clearances are found through the optimization design method,which reduces the vibration of the improved manipulator by65.2%;according to the values of optimal clearances,the tolerance matching design is carried out for the holes and shafts at the clearances,and the appropriate radial clearance is selected for the self-aligning ball bearing. |
