Background:The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on formulating the 14 th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for 2035 points out that to further implement the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development,to activate innovation talents,implement the respect for labor,knowledge ability and creativity,at the same time,we should cultivate talents comprehensively.We will improve the quality,efficiency and competitiveness of agriculture and strengthen green orientation.For a long time,the government and agricultural departments of Rong County have promoted the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team to the height of the depth and breadth of agricultural development,this work is particularly important,and in the early stage of the construction of agricultural science and technology talent team has been studied and explored.Since Rong County began to transition to green circular agriculture modernization mode,the need for green circular agriculture science and technology talents is increasingly prominent,it is urgent to build a knowledge-based,technology-based,innovative,balanced development,high-quality development of green circular agriculture science and technology talent team.Purpose:The research object of this paper is the development status of green circular agricultural science and technology talents and team in Rong County,Sichuan Province.By summarizing the research status and the advanced experience at home and abroad,analyzing the current situation and existing problems in this field in Rong County.The paper puts forward suggestions on the construction of green circular agricultural scientific and technological talents in Rong County,providing reference for the construction of green circular agricultural scientific and technological talents in Rong County.Methods:To summarize the concepts of agricultural science and technology talents,green circular agriculture science and technology talents and green circular agriculture by referring to the literature.To obtain the relevant data of agricultural science and technology talents in Rong County by field research.Qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to analyze the current situation of the talent team.Result:（1）Points out the problems existing in the construction of green circular agricultural scientific and technological talents in Rong County:the total number of talents is small,unreasonable distribution structure,poor age structure,poor professional ability and uneven geographical distribution.（2）Cause analysis:awareness needs to be raised,the education system is inadequate,less capital investment,the institutional system is out of date.Conclusion:combining with the goal of developing green circular agriculture mode and realizing agricultural modernization in rong County in the new era,some suggestions on the construction of green circular agriculture scientific and technological talents in Rong County are put forward:strengthening the understanding of talent construction,innovating the talent construction system,perfecting the talent education system and optimizing the fund structure of talent construction.
