| At present,China deepens the concept of healthy and sustainable development,among which innovation,coordination,green,opening and sharing are the five important core elements.It emphasizes that regional development is guided by these five goals.In this context,to achieve these development goals,the reserve of human resources has become an important support for regional economic development.China’s vast territory,different levels of economic development,uneven regional development is the basic national conditions of our country.In South China,the driving force of talents is strong,the pulling force is weak,the distribution of high-end talents is unbalanced,and the talent structure is unreasonable.This paper takes South China’s scientific and technological talents as the research object,takes the existing problems as the starting point,and makes an in-depth study on the influencing factors of talent flow in South China.Based on the push-pull theory and Maslow’s demand theory,this paper summarizes the influencing factors of talent flow in South China from the macro perspective of economy,policy,environment and technology,From this,we can extract the measurable related factors and construct the influencing factors index system of talent flow in South China.This paper introduces the grey relational analysis model and constructs the talent flow model of South China based on push-pull theory and Maslow’s demand theory.Through the above research,it is found that the cost of living,living environment,economic development level and income level are dominant,and talent flow is affected by the above four factors.Based on this,the paper puts forward four countermeasures:optimizing the economic environment for the flow of scientific and technological talents,improving the policies and measures for the flow of scientific and technological talents,creating an innovative scientific research environment and improving the cultural and social environment for the flow of scientific and technological talents,so as to effectively enhance the competitiveness of attracting talents in South China. |
