The Study Of The Moral Personality Cultivating Of Young People From The Perspective Of The New Generation

The cultivation of college students moral personality is not only the value of ideological and political education,but also an important link to promote the all-round development of college students.The moral personality of college students in the new era shows their identification with the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and their moral cognition is relatively clear;they have strong patriotic feelings and positive moral feelings;they have the courage to overcome difficulties and are relatively firm in moral will;and they are willing to help others,moral behavior is more positive and so on.However,it is affected by such factors as the lack of consciousness of shaping college students’ self-moral personality,the family’s lack of attention to moral education,the weakening of the actual effect of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and the absence of creating a good moral environment in society,college students have obvious utilitarian orientation in different degrees,the moral ideal is relatively weak,the struggle spirit is insufficient,the moral ability needs to promote,the responsibility consciousness is shallow,the moral responsibility needs to enhance and so on.The negative performance of some college students’ moral personality deviates from the Great Expectations of General Secretary Xi Jinping and the requirement of education to develop talents in an all-round way.Therefore,the cultivation of college students’ moral personality is imminent.This article takes the new person of the Times as the research angle of view,provides the necessary reference with its basic request and the quality constitution for the university student moral personality cultivation,based on the excellent traditional moral personality thought of China,Marxism and its Chinese moral theory,and the excellent moral resources of the West,and starting from the current situation and causes of college students’ moral personality,the aim is to provide a practical path for college students to develop their moral personality from the perspective of the new generation of the Times.This article is divided into four parts.The first part is the foreword,which mainly explains the proposition of the problem,the significance of the research,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods.The second part mainly elaborated the moral personality related concept,the university student moral personality content constitution as well as the time new person connotation and the cultivation theory foundation.The third part mainly through the questionnaire form explained the university student moral personality present situation as well as the reason analysis.The fourth part mainly explains the path of cultivating college students’ moral personality from the perspective of the new generation,and puts forward the concrete countermeasures from four aspects: self-education,College Education,Social Education and child discipline.
